Staples

I shop at the store at least 3 times a month, day and night, and I have never had a bad experience with any of my visits. The sales people are very helpful and if they cant assist you they will find someone who can. I wont use any other office supply store.

Things in this store go pretty slow but the people are friendly and the staff are very helpful. They like to get things right the first time so it’s nice to be serviced by them.
staples has awesome bogo deals and freebies all the time so if you’re close to one then go and pick some free stuff up.
everyone knows what they get with regards to products from staples and this store is no different
clean store as well. doesn’t give an old feeling or vibe

I have been in this area in the daytime, for a few years and this shopping center has been an oasis of sorts in an otherwise horrible neighborhood. There really aren’t many businesses around here and if you drive for a while (head north), you’ll only come across an area that you would not want to be after dark. Trust me on this.
Maybe it’s because they don’t get too busy yet, but every time I’ve come here, I’ve been greeted as soon as I’ve come in and someone has offered to help me find what I’m looking for. This is a stark contrast to the other office store I used to go (Officemax in Meyerland).
Overall, I’m making a point of coming here. I’m not sure how their rewards work, but if they’d send us a coupon now and then like Office Depot, I might get all our things from here.
PS. Did I mention not coming by this area at night?

The Tech department is very slow. If you need your computer back fast this is not the place to go. The Tech only works every other day. Go figure.
