Went to this location yesterday with the family. Baskin Robins is our Go-​To when it comes to ice cream. BUT this location was horrible to say the least! We each got different flavor and after the first bite we tossed it! It tasted old! I have no idea how to describe it but it wasn’t ICE CREAM! It tasted like it had been in the freezer for years! Or maybe it melted and they refroze it! I don’t know but it was awful! Won’t go to this location again! Love the ice cream still but definitely not going to risk this location again!

I went to this location Saturday afternoon with my daughter after shopping in the strip center nearby. How can you go wrong with 31 flavors? LOL — the place is clean — the workers are attentive. Although, with all those choices, it always takes me FOREVER to end up choosing the same two flavors I get every time :-) I love the chocolate dipped waffle bowl — that made the cup SING! Whenever I ‘m in the mood to spend a LOT more than I would for supermarket ice cream, THIS is the place.

This is a relatively new Baskin Robbins location. I don’t think it been open a year yet. It is located in the same Hillcroft/​Ft. Bend Toll Rd/​Beltway shopping strip as a Home Depot, Staples, Chillis, and a Goodwill.
Because it is new, it is clean on the inside and is currently well kept. The restaurants theme is white and bright colors. It’s slightly small on the inside with just a few tables and chairs for people to eat their icecream once they buy. The flavors are the standard selection of any other Baskin Robbins chain.
