I come here all the time because it’s close for me. I have to say that the customer service is great here and they are always super friendly. It’s a nice Starbucks on the inside and has a cool outside area to sit. It’s very busy, so if you come around 9am just expect to wait a bit.

Wish this place had a drive thru-especially on yesterday when it was rainy and windy, however, the location of this Starbucks doesn’t lend to a driveway space. If it did, there would be backed up traffic on Westpark and Buffalo Speedway! In any case, I still wished this location had a drive thru. Parking is a pain because there isn’t much of it. Someone decided to swoop in front of me to get a space right in the front when in actuality, I never park in front of a business-too hard to get out. Good luck with that, especially with a Suburban that took you three times to park! Looking beyond the lack of parking and drive thru, the baristas are friendy and work as fast as they can to ring up orders and make drinks. On a rainy Sunday, the inside was packed with Wifi Wolves getting their fix of free wifi. Therefore, I found myself standing as I waited for my drink order, which is no biggie. My Frap came out looking fantastic and I was on my Merry way in five minutes. Works for me.

One of the better Starbucks around. Can get busy, but the baristas are usually friendly and the place is nice.

Great little starbucks, the only thing is this place doesn’t have a drive thru and the parking in front is limited most of the spots are reserved for the other businesses. There is a ton of seating and window though.

I love this Starbucks outdoor seating. It’s the best Starbucks outdoor seating I’ve ever been too! And the staff is always friendly and kind. However, there are two issues I have. First, I always get the white iced mocha and for some reason it ALWAYS taste weird here. No matter how many times I get it, it always taste off and everywhere else I get it at it doesn’t taste weird. Second, I guess is something out of their control but the parking here is often really hard. I often find myself having to stalk people out for 20 minutes just for parking. But I still always come back because of the location and for the outdoor seating! I’m

Great place to study and to chat. Ample room(indoors and outdoors), and great atmosphere. Music quality is great as well!

Good atmosphere, fast customer service! Only one thing, bathroom normally not clean. That’s one of the things made me stop coming here and makes me go else where. Tip: try the Cake place next door, pretty tasty!!!

This place is busy! I was surprised how many people do «work» in here! If you want a chair… Good luck. Unless you want to sit outside. The place is clean but a total waste if you get an iced drink! They pack it soooo full ice I think you get about a grande size! When I went in today they were OUT of ice coffee!!! I have never seen that before. I only went here because it was close to our hotel.

I stood in line with no one in front of me but the barista who acknowledged me but proceeded to fill the pastry shelf… This went on for five minutes… For a Grande Sulawesi Americano. I must say, good selection of brews, but no «Reserve» here folks.

Like every other Starbuck ’ s in the houston area, it is extremely busy, but you don’t have to wait in line forever. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My beverage is always the way I request it and dosen’t taste like hot water with a little coffee flavor. This is a great place for groups or to work solo, but there early to get a seat especially on Sundays.

Starbucks, one day you’ll have more reviews from me than anyone on the planet. When you’re in a different town… where do you get coffee or tea. Starbucks! Why? I know, they’re apparently bad for the planet and I’ll get no hipster cred but a warm green tea and the potential for a drive through(none at this location though) will always suck me in when I don’t know where the local coffee shop is. Keep up the corporate conglomeration Starbucks. I have a love/hate for you.

Avoid This Starbucks, Staff Is Very Childish And You Will Be Waiting In The Drive Thru For 30+ Minutes. I Love Starbucks But This Location Is Shit.

This has always been one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. Although there is no private parking lot, the parking is sufficient. When you go inside, it’s such a nice and open atmosphere. The service is extremely quick and very helpful in answering questions regarding anything Starbucks related. That would be awesome if they had a drive through! But, I’ll settle for extremely fast and friendly service. My pumpkin spice latte was made literally in three minutes. It was delicious and made exactly how I askEd for it! Perhaps if we had a Starbucks like this close to Kingwood, I would go there every day. The fact that the customers know the baristas(and vice versa) on a first name basis says a lot about this place. This is the Starbucks that every other should strive to become like :)

I come here almost everyday to study so chances are you might see me here. I’ll list the pros and cons of this place. Pros: There are 12 tables inside, 1 island, and 4 seats without tables. There are a bunch of tables outside as well but since I always use a computer, I don’t like having to deal with the glare. Most of the baristas are friendly and I have seen them make mistakes but everyone makes mistakes and they are very apologetic over it. Bathrooms are clean and the coffee goes without saying. Also, they have the fastest WIFI I’ve ever experienced thanks to their switch to google. Cons: Parking can be hard to find at times especially Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Lines can be long as well especially on weekday mornings. Most importantly, regulars here all know to bring a jacket/sweater since they blast the A/C and they can’t adjust it.

This location impresses me more and more. Not only do they have super friendly staff, a spacious and clean sitting area, but they are one of the first Starbuckseses in the city to switch over to google’s internet instead of the old AT&T. At first I wasn’t sure about this so I googled to see whether it was legic and according to google, google is legit. In the past, I could be lucky to be able to stream pandora while doing work and would give up and switch to my LTE connection on my phone but I did a speed test and I was getting 50 Mbit/second and above. With the old system, you’d be lucky to get around 1 Mbit or on a really good day, 1.5. You do the math! I know Houston doesn’t have google fiber but this is the fastest internet I’ve seen anywhere including home and businesses — granted I’mnot an IT person for a fortune 500 company where I’m sure they get up there. So there you go. I officially name this Starbucks the best Starbucks. All hail google!

Not as large as the Post Oak/Westheimer one but it is closer and thus more on the mind when in need of a coffee shop oriented more towards the sit down and read/work variety than the grab-and-go type. Houston has way too many people to begin with but nearly every time I end up here I see that there are no tables, or worse, there are tables but people seem to have misread the Starbucks coffeeshop atmosphere as ACTLIKEYOUARE21YEARSOLDAT A SHOTBAR and annoy me as much as possible while I am reading a very boring treatise, or drafting one that is even more boring out of retribution on the raucous children and man-children nearby. The Post Oak/Westheimer location is usually worth the drive just for a spot more amenable to gettin’ the works done that need doin’.

I love this location, but I think the word got out about it being one of the best Starbucks in town, and now every time I go I either have to sit outside or wait for a table to be free inside. It’s just too packed these days with guests who hang out for hours. I think they have the best location and the best indoor and outdoor seating of any Starbucks in town, and the staff is always friendly.

Nice and spacious compared to the other Starbucks around the area, but this results in it being very crowded all the time. It’s difficult to find seating, but when the weather is nice people will spread outdoors, making the chances of finding a seat near an outlet much higher. The wait for a drink varies anywhere from 5 minutes to 30. It really depends on your luck. Outdoor seating only has outlets in two places: one next to a dumpster and one behind a pillar on the other side of the plaza.
