This is quite possibly the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Product is of great quality, however; the execution of service is lacking. Not up to Starbucks standards.

New location with added drive-through but still with careless attitude and service. I come here sometimes because it’s a location closest to my office and keep thinking next time will b better but will not ever again after today. Ordered a grande tea late with specific instruction on syrup and got a venti when I drove up to the window. I asked the lady at the window if this was a venti and told her I had order a grande. She looked at me and said, so you want a grande now? As if I was getting a deal. It’s a freaking tea latte. When I got to work and opened it up, there was no milk, just tea. this is not the Starbucks service standard that I have come to expect. Safe to say this is worst Starbucks location in all the countries I have visited.

I went on a Sunday afternoon and the parking lot was completely full. There was no line in the drive-thru, and there wasn’t a single parking spot available, so I took my pound of coffee through the drive-thru and asked to have it ground. The girl on the speaker responded to my request by saying she would grind the coffee if I came inside and told me some ridiculous excuse about«messing up drive times.» Your drive times are not as important as your customer satisfaction, especially since I was the only person in the drive-thru line through it all. My coffee was purchased at this store, but I won’t be purchasing any more pounds from there. I did not appreciate being argued with over something which could have been a simple interaction. Starbucks’ customer service has really taken a turn.

What a shiny new Starbucks. However… parking. Seriously — zero spots at 1:30 in the afternoon. Think they need some more spots.(I had to use the drive thru, and I never use the drive thru.) And… the location? What a horrible corner? Your options are turn right on Richmond or turn right on Chimney Rock or make some very unsafe driving decisions(make a u-turn, cut across three rows of traffic, and other very Houston decisions)! All that said, very fast service. Very friendly employees!

Lost a star because of the bad bad parking situation at this new location. Lost a star because the drive through design is HORRIBLE… In the morning, the caffeine junkies drove so reckless to get to the speakers… What The F… never a morning whether i am reversing out or pulling in that someone does not break or screech to a freaking stop somewhere… Who care about that huge batch of grass… Please redesign the damn parking situation.

The employee Rob was so nice! My roommate wanted some make-believe drink that I’ve personally never heard of before.(Kinda thought my roommate was 10 sheets to the wind) but Rob told me about some«secret menu», thats not so secret obvi, which has creative recipes for starbucks lovers lol. Anyways. I looked up the recipe and he made a captain crunch frap. Even with it being crowded. Pretty cool.

Arrived at this Starbucks at 7:19 pm, drove just to get a snack and the entire store was already closed down. I knocked on the door to to just ask if I could get a bistro box and the people inside just looked at me. Why do you have 730 as your close time if it’s actually whenever the baristas feel like it? Terrible service!!! Will never return.

This is a terrible Starbucks. They messed up our order and just ignored us the entire time. Charged us for extra and just had a horrible time here. Do NOT recommend to anyone.

I’ve been coming to this Starbuck for almost a year now and will say it is the best one in town for service. No matter how long the line is, I am usually in and out in about 5 min(7 to 8am). The morning crew there is always friendly, fast, and as good as the first cup of coffee in the morning. No drive thru, but I bet you will get in and out of this one faster than sitting in a drive thru anywhere else. As far as coffee and food, the same as the other Starbucks, I just get it faster here and with a smile!

Been coming here for years, the staff makes this place great. Always very friendly, and they make a point to get to know the regulars. When the line gets long they blaze through it very quickly, much faster than some of the other Starbuck’s in the area.

I go to this location several times a week and the staff has always been friendly. Lines are better than other locations(around 7:30 to 8:30 am reference). Parking is not a problem at this time. My coffee is made very consistently every time and served with a smile. I can’t give it five stars yet because I don’t normally have anything to eat there. I’ll update my review if I get around to grabbing a bite there too.

I think i picked the worst day to come to get my frapp yesterday. I ordered a smores frap and caramel mocha frap and ready to get my cookie straws. The cashier took at right from my hand, YESSSSSHETOOKITFROMMYHAND, and told me they are $ 1.03 each and i was like… I thought it’s free with frap purchase cuz i just got them from the starbucks on buffalo speedway the other day. She keep saying nope it’s weird and it’s not free. I was ok with that then i waiting to get my drink, receive the smores with no marshmallow, nothing in top; the caramel mocha with no mocha and just taste like the regular caramel. Seriously??? I never come back here again or at least i would avoid the cashier, don’t remember her name otherwise i would have complainwith the manager. Feeling disappointed since the last time i went there, met some others cool and nicer barista.

I got a venti caramel iced coffee. Now I know that ice has to take up some space in the cup, but there was so much ice that I couldn’t even put a straw through my cup and when I poured the coffee out so I can drink it, it filled up half a tall cup. Tasted it — no caramel taste whatsoever.

Love starbucks. But this one is really close to my apt which is awesome. But last time I went there the service was not the best. They forget my pastry and I had to remind them. Acted like I was inconveniencing them by ordering. Drinks was good but the standard starbucks friendly service was not.

They make the best coffee ever! I used to live close by & it was always my first stop in the morning, my office is across the street from the Galleria but I would rather drive a bit further to come here, always great service & friendly faces ;)

TL: DR. Great service, Always a smile, and Don’t mind tough orders. I work right near this location. They always make my order right and my order is slightly annoying. I only order green tea & lots of honey. They always do it perfectly each order and atleast 5 different people have made it there. I seriously avoid all other locations because I hate the snarky looks, the«do you really want that», how do I make that, or worse they just pour the honey in, and let it settle at the bottom.
