I stop by this particular Starbucks most mornings. They always have a friendly «Hello» which is always nice. My favorite drink is the ice coffees. Any and all of them! Its nice to start my busy day with a heart felt hello and ice coffee…

No drive through, this place is horrible. The longest I’ve ever had to wait for a drink, and it wasn’t even busy. …they served 5 customers that ordered after me BEFORE I got my drink.

Friendly Baristas! Drinks are good, snacks are yummy. The atmosphere is pretty chill, for studying, and for just hanging out. Warm chocolate chip cookies, or brownies with a upside down caramel Macchiato… Yep!

My favorite Starbucks in the area!
Every time I’ve been here I order either a Blendicano (20 calories) or an iced chai tea and they are always so friendly! What makes me even more happy is that they are willing to make your blendicano even if they didn’t know what it was lol. 5 stars for the service, location, and overall experiences.

One of the best spots for people watching in north Houston. Really diverse group off folks that visit. The easy the seating is arranged makes it easy to strike up conversations with complete staffers. This Starbucks is really commendable and you can spend hours here without feeling like you want to run out. Very homey.
Good set of outlets so you won’t have trouble plugging in at just about any location in the store. Nice outdoor seating when weather is nice.
Music seems to get louder on each visit but perhaps it drowns out the noisy blenders and espresso machines. It’s a common complaint of mine and a pretty peeve, but I think these shops have gotten too loud.
The only real downside to this location is the crappy WiFi which is the old AT&T and not the newer Google they are putting in throughout Starbucks all over. Can’t have everything I guess.

A standout customer service moment happened recently which re-​affirms why I like stopping to this location for my cup of joe. I came in one evening around 9:30 PM wanting to get a grande Passion Iced Tea unsweetened but was told by Kalan that they were out of the product. Disappointed I had to go down the street to another store for the drink. Fast forward two weeks later I came in on a Saturday afternoon and again was waited on by Kalan. Before I could speak he said, «We have Passion Iced Tea today if you would like some and it’s on the house». I was thoroughly impressed that he remembered me!

The award for the shadiest Starbucks goes to this location hands down. I love coming here for free drinks because I am bound to find someone I know working here but when with it being free, it’s taste pretty bad. I don’t like this Starbucks and would rather go to the one on champions forest. I do like the manager but sadly, she can’t do everything herself.

I’m a Starbucks junky, and I frequent many of them around the city. This is by FAR my favorite location. The manager, Tyron, is the kindest man you’ll ever meet. This location is right at a Metro bus stop at a busy intersection, and it gets a wide variety of clientele. I love it! Very Houston!

This is MY Starbucks. Quick. Efficient. Hot when it should be, cold when it should be. Outdoor seating, an array of snacks and goodies and always a stack of free iPhone games at the counter. What can I say? A perfect Starbucks experience.

One of the great things about this SB is that it’s located next to a ½ Price Books. You can first go get you a book and stop into the Starbucks and read it while you enjoy a cup of coffee.
I am not a big on buying fancy $ 6 coffees, so this review is simply about the ambiance in this store. They recently remodeled it and added some real fancy furniture. You will want to enjoy your cup of coffee in this relaxing environment.
Also, the employees are friendly.

My favorite’s are the NF no Whip Mocha or an American Coffee with half and half. Can’t go wrong with coffee.
