Went to this location Friday night. The worst service I ever had here. This place usually have friendly service and the best people working here. Came no hi welcome to Starbucks, didn’t say a work. Until we were ready to order the lady finally said we will be with ya’ll. When we finally ordered and paid. The lady got one of our pastry out and even called us until we got it. 2 of the drinks came out and we were still waiting on 2 drinks and a pastry. Finally the last pastry came out but our drinks didn’t even come out. They looked like they were cleaning up and ready to shut down. So we asked them about the other two drinks. The lady was so rude and was like I called out and ya’ll didn’t come but there was no drinks prepared and we were there waiting for it. The dude with the beard just gave us dirty looks didn’t even ask if there was a problem or try to help solve it but, thankfully there was a nice gentleman that helped get out drinks out. I feel sorry for that guy to have to work for those unprofessional people. Don’t come here on Friday night with the lady and that guy with a beard working cause you’ll definitely get bad service. Wish I can get them negative stars! Never coming here on Friday nights.

Good service, bad location. I have a love/hate relationship with this location. LOVE: the fact that every employee always goes above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied while not making you feel rushed although there are cars backed out into the street. Hate: the fact that this is the only Starbucks, unless you want to go into Target(which sounds good, but we all know you can’t just walk in and walk out without roaming the store at least once!). Since is is pretty much the only one it is usually pretty packed and in my opinion more packed than the«usual» visit. It’s honestly dreadful just because of the congestion you have to deal with just to get into the parking lot. Also over the holidays I went to get a seasonal drink on two separate occasions and both times they were out. I have not been back since the last time they were out, but hopefully they have improved!

Stopped inside for a quick cappuccino while I was in the Cypress area… ANDWASDISGUSTED by tiny bugs and spiders crawling on the counter where you pick up your drinks! I pointed out the insects to the barista(who looked 18 years old), and he proceeds to tell me «We have an exterminator. But he doesn’t really do anything.» Thank you, and good-bye forever. Gross.

they always run out of stuff and never tell you when you order but make you wait til you get to the window to tell you. at least tell me when i order so i’d have time to think about getting something else.

The staff is friendly and kind. Not very many new baristas. It looks like a lot of these people have some experience making coffee. The lines are a little long sometimes and the drive-through is usually pretty backed up. Since we all know that Highway 290 is the absolute worst street ever created in the history of life itself, it’s pretty difficult to get here… but once you arrive things are okay.

I will not come back. Paid for two pastrys and a medium coffee. It was very cold so I asked them to warm it. They said no cause I touched it. I was not asking for my money back I just wanted it warmed a little. Maybe everyone here is in training because they all look bewildered.
