Very unlike me to rude to any batista but you can’t leave me hanging for 2 mins while talking to your coworker & then tried to justify 3 times that I didn’t hear you«greet me» or ask for my order. After the 3rd justification of blaming me of not hearing her she was like oh you’re not hearing me right now. Oh yes I’m hearing you, but I chose not to argue with you. I’m a customer, your job is to get my order so I can be on my way. I don’t have time for your nuisance. Maybe she was trying not to get herself in trouble for not doing her job, but at the same time badgering on a customer repeatedly isn’t going to make the situation better. Starbucks, you train your employees better on mannerism cuz even the drive-thru person at the Taco Bell wouldn’t have such a shitty attitude with their customers.

The reason I’m not giving them 1 star is because my drink came out amazing. Iced upside down caramel macchiato came out awesome. But the cashier who attended me was miserable she made me sad and upset. It was so contagious. I have a feeling she even put the barrista in a bad mood. I will now be skipping this Starbucks and going to Jeanetta they are always friendly never fails. Usually when I come here early morning I get good service but today June 1st10 am was horrible. Unacceptable. Oh and my drink was made quick.

I really like this Starbucks. They are very quick with my order. The lines can get long but go quickly. Most of the time my go to drink(iced matcha green tea latte) is made well but sometimes I have to stir for a long time. The correct way to do it is using a frother(which I have seen being used in other Starbucks locations) but they do not make it that way in this location. Still turns out pretty good and I always go to this location during lunch at work. I would definitely recommend.

This is a fairly typical Starbucks, albeit one of the better ones in terms of cleanliness and service. It’s generally quiet aside from some background music, and everyone here is usually here to work. They have a large amount of interior seating as well as a lot of patio seating. When the weather is too hot/cold, the patio tends to be empty as people collect inside. I’m not a fan of Starbucks’ drink pricing, but this place serves about as solid a craft espresso drink as any coffee shop, which is no small feat considering how Starbucks tends to over-roast their beans. They have a massive wooden table near the Westheimer-side entrance that’s the only place with substantial space to work, so it’s often crowded with people on laptops or doing homework.

Very quiet, great lighting, nice atmosphere over all. The inside of the coffee shop is decent inside. The outside deck area is pretty big though. Only thing I didn’t like was the lack of outlets but other than that I enjoyed the experience.

The staff was too busy talking behind the counter to notice me. When they finally did, they were not friendly. I ordered a peppermint mocha frappacino light. They made a mocha frappacino regular. I let them know it was not what I ordered and they rolled their eyes and made a new drink. This time they made the right drink, but did not make it light. I told them but took the drink anyway. It was watered down and melted so I just threw it away. Not a good experience at all.

The staff at this location is definitely lacking personality… not all of the employees but there are definitely a few people who could stand some attitude adjustments. I received a free e gift card from my doctor and the staff member refused it… no explanation, apologies or anything just a flat out no. however another location down the way was able to accept it no problems they just took the extra step and asked their manager how to apply it to the ticket.

So, I seem to complain about inconsistencies with Starbucks locations in Houston. I ordered a Frappuccino in Shadow Creek(I go to this one often), but the $ 7.09 drink was bland, seemed to be mostly ice and was just a disappointment. I drank about 15% of it, but could not stand it. Rather than throwing it away, I stopped by this location to ask them to remake it. They did so quickly and were extremely friendly. Also, this location is the ONLY clean Starbucks that I have seen in the Houston area. I wish that I lived closer… rather, I wish the ones in Pearland were staffed by those working on Westheimer.

I came by here today & revived outstanding service. I ordered a vanilla bean frap & it was delicious. However I came by here yesterday and ordered a breakfast sandwich which was not thoroughly cooked. But I expressed my dissatisfaction & without hesitation they replaced my order with great customer service. The lines weren’t to long either. You can complete tell there trying to get customers in & out efficiently. Overall I’d recommend them to other coffee lovers by the way their vanilla bean was very satisfying.

The staff here has got their stuff together! Christina always waves to me as I walk in like a zombie in need my of my daily caffeine. I pass two other sbux on my way into the office, 1 even has a drive thru but I’d rather come to this location because of the service. My drink is ways made right, Bill and his staff are friendly and quick.

Service is good, the people who work there are always courteous and quick to please. I have been going to this location since it has opened. It’s a good place to meet people for business or pleasure. There is plenty of parking, and easy to get in and out.

I’ve always liked the location of this Starbucks as it’s kind of the halfway point between the city and the burbs so if I’m meeting someone, it’s easy to locate; however, every time I come here, I remember why I stopped coming here: The smoking outside. Even if your forget the Houston ordinance on smoking so close to the doors, Starbucks’ own policy is that you can’t be smoking on their patios. They even have no smoking signs on the tables but every time I come here, there is someone smoking right next to the door in open view of the employees. Even if you go inside, as soon as someone opens the door, the smoke comes in and mixes in with the smell of coffee which together smell like the couch that someone threw next to a dumpster. Also, compared to other starbuckses, this one has very slow wifi that still uses AT&T instead of google.

I actually enjoy coming to this location, I drive a lil further to come here from my house. Drinks come out consistent every time so fat, even if it didnt they would probably get it done correctly correctly. Baristas are awesome, always friendly and very efficient at their job. Pay attention to how they work, you will be impressed. I am unemployed at the moment but I need my Starbucks fix every so often and always find a way to tip the employees. They are the best!

This is a pretty small starbucks but it has enough tables to suit the amount of patrons that came through the door when I was there(a Wednesday night). I ordered a decaf mint tea, but not before the cashier finished his conversation with the milk delivery guy lol. So… not the greatest customer service. Also I think I paid over $ 2 for that tea which seems a little nuts considering it was a bag of tea and water. Overall, it’ll do the job if you need a place to meet or study.

Okay, so it is a Starbucks, right? Well, it is… the coffee is the same that you will get at any of the thirteen million locations sprinkled about the Houston landscape, but this particularly branch has a certain something special going for it — the excellent staff. The employees here are really friendly and make an honest effort to remember their regulars. My fiancé and I haven’t had to actually order our drinks in months… we just walk up to the register and pay. Also, they actually make a proper Espresso Dopio Machiatto at this branch(not my drink but appreciated by those who do drink it). Also, it doesn’t hurt that this Starbucks is very close to my office. If you are going to go to a Starbucks anyway, check out this location. The staff really are the best, and they make the Starbucks experience as good as it can be.
