I was here three days ago and if their service was more polite and friendly, I would give at least 4 stars. But they were rude and haven’t interested in their work. When I make an order I want look at the smile, but here wasn’t it. I understand people, there were bad days or sum it yet, but I think if you have bad mood at work it isn’t professionalism. Of course, there weren’t all things terrible, I got good cool coffee and a sweet cupcake. If you change your services, I sure you will be one of the best kind of.

My favorite DD yet, they are always so busy in the morning but everyone always has a smile on and makes sure that you get everything you need. Keep up the good work guys.

Well I didn’t go in to this Dunkin donuts, I had someone pick some up for me and I’m disappointed. I grew up with DD in NY and it’s always been my favorite. I ordered a simple bagel toasted with butter and a strawberry frosted donut. The bagel taste like charcoal, I have no idea what they heated it up with and it couldn’t have been toasted all that well because the butter wasn’t fully melted. Used my microwave but it just had a nasty taste. Needless to say I didn’t finish it. Then the donut. Since when do strawberry frosted donuts not have sprinkles on them? Is this a lazy DD? It looks like a pitiful donut and is stale. Didn’t finish it either. It’s only 9am why are your donuts stale this early in the morning. I won’t be walking into this location EVER! Just wasted my friends money and time I could’ve just been sleep.

As a member of the Unilocal Elite, I feel like I owe it to other Unilocalers to keep things absolutely REAL! With that being said, I only come to this location because I know one of two things is going to happen: a) my drink order will be screwed up, causing me to complain and receive free points or drinks, OR b) my drink order will be correct, but the young man who works here will not ring it up correctly, causing the drink to be FREE! LMBO! Either way, I’m totally WINNING! I used to feel bad about taking the free drinks, but I seriously think dude is incorrectly ringing my order up on purpose.(Perhaps he doesn’t like his boss. IONO). His generosity is greatly appreciated, though. And now that the secret is out, don’t y’all go running there to find out who I’m talking about. I’m not particularly fond of this location. It’s not as clean and well-kept as the Highway 6 location. The women’s bathroom is usually in need of attention, too. Also, they run out of the seasonal flavors a lot faster. I’m guessing this is because they see a lot more foot traffic. But, like I said, I keep coming back because I know I’m getting a FREE iced latte. One way or another.

This place has gone completely downhill. When it first opened the staff was attentive, the food was hot and fresh, and the drinks were well mixed. On my last two visits, staff has been completely disengaged. On one, the guys were sitting at a table and not behind the counter. One walked up after I was waiting at a register for several minutes looking around for someone to take my order. The donuts still taste okay, but you can tell from the food and drink that they just don’t give a damn. My sandwich came out barely assembled as if it was just all thrown into the wax paper wrapper. My drink was horribly mixed and tasted like sugar and milk– no coffee flavor at all. I asked for a refund and he insisted on making another. I repeated my request and he went forward with a replacement anyway. I took one sip of the replacement drink, realized it was the same mess of a milk and sugar beverage that I’d gotten before and handed it right back to him and demanded a refund. These guys have no clue what they’re doing. Pass on this location and go to one of the Shipleys up the road.

Stale Donuts. Did not like the taste at all. I was actually hoping for something different from Shipleys, but this was such a disaster. Never again.

This is the worst Dunkin location I have ever been to. And after today, I will not be returning. I wouldn’t even give this location one star. I have been here several times, giving the staff second and third chances and regretted it every time. I find that I have to repeat the order four times or more, and somehow I still end up having to send it back for corrections. It takes wayyyyy too long to get a simple order: a sandwich and a coffee. Nothing hard… five to ten minutes wait with no line. Are you kidding me? As a former employee of Dunkin Donuts, I am aware of the appropriate wait times for orders both front window and drive thru… and that is well beyond maximum time criteria. Don’t bother here. Waste of money and time. Not to mention there was a chicken bone in what was supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch sandwhich.

It’s not the same as the Dunkin Donuts back home. The bagels are usually stale/hard. Also, do yourself a favor and never order the unsweetened ice tea because apparently they don’t understand unsweetened means no sugar added. They add splenda instead and yes I can taste it. This happened about three different trips. I will no longer visit this establishment again. Unsweetened=no sugar period!!!

Worst customer service. Ever. I literally have to look through everything I get before I drive off. I’ve been here probably 10 times and every single time they’re rude as hell the only nice person that works there is the lady with the ketchup tattoo on her arm

Went through the drive thru at 7AM. Ordered the hazelnut coffee with some kolaches. Had fast service, didn’t wait really. The hashbrown bites are delish, like a previous review, they are NOT like McDonalds, they are way better.

Great Donuts, even better coffee, and hands down the best customer service. We’ve gone in 4 times since late December, and the girls there are sweet, they know our faces and our last order, and accommodate us very readily. Love it here.

Polite employees, quick service, clean facilities, good food. I chose this location over Shipleys today because I was told their kolaches were great, and equivalent to Shipleys(or better). DON’T BEFOOLED! LOL! These taste great(but not better than Shipleys), but are a third the size! Great coffee and hot chocolate though!

3 stars solely for their coffee and blueberry cake donuts. It’s what I go for specifically but my top three concerns are as follows: 1) the customer service. I asked the cashier, «donut maker», and manager on duty if they could explain to me what a French cruller was. None of them had a clue. Their answers were«*shrug* I honestly don’t know, somethin’ like a glazed donut I think» 2) multiple flies/gnats flying around and landing on the pastries. First thing I noticed. 3) not a huge deal but they said they weren’t allowed to heat up my donuts and to do it at home. Meh. I like the location and the manager offered to take care of a couple of donuts as a result of not knowing what a French cruller was. Best of luck this spot although I hope to see some easy changes that could be made by upper management.

I usually swing by this Dunkin Donuts throughout the week when I need my Iced Coffee fix or one of their yummy Hot Lattes. It’s convenient for me to get to since I work in the area, so I’m a regular. Now I know the slogan says«America Runs on Dunkin» but I’m just going to keep it 100, I’m not a fan of their donuts. Sorry America! They just don’t cut it for me. Although their pumpkin glazed cake donut(which is seasonal) is pretty darn good, that’s about the only thing they have going in the donut category. Everything else I’ve tried is just, blah. Give me Shipley’s ANY day(yeah I said it) and this chick will be on cloud 9! What I AM a fan of is their coffee. YES! GAWD! Their Iced Coffee has become my addiction and the fact that they’ve been running the«any size Iced Coffee for $ 0.99» promo since the summer ain’t helping me kick this habit not one bit! Not that I’m complaining though:-) I love that they offer so many different flavors. Butter Pecan, French Vanilla Swirl, and Hazelnut Swirl are my faves. Now that the seasonal flavors are out the Pumpkin Mocha is at the top of my list as well! My only complaint is they can get heavy handed with the cream and sugar so you have to be specific in telling them how to fix it if all that extra isn’t your thing. I’m also a fan of their Hot Lattes and honestly think theirs are just as good, if not better than Starbucks. Wait, did I just say that? What I dislike about this location is the drive-thru and the parking lot. The drive-thru lane is very narrow. In the mornings, the lot gets jammed packed with cars coming from all different directions because of the way the entrances are set up. It can be very frustrating especially if someone is parked and you are blocking them in from being in line and they need to move. I always feel like the parking lot area is just an accident waiting to happen. The employees here are super cool. They definitely know my face from swinging by so much and always take care of me. Shout out to the evening crew! If you sign up for DD Perks or download the app you will receive coupons and sometimes freebies on a regular. Also if you do the survey on the bottom of your receipt about your visit, you get a free donut. Remember to thank me later for that one!

I’ve been coming here lately because I LOVE the sausage, egg, cheese croissant. It is delicious and perhaps the only saving grace of this review. I crave that sandwich! It’s always hot, greasy, melty, and buttery. YUM! But this review cannot just be about that sandwich. Maybe I’m new to the whole process, but I can’t seem to find a list of the donuts they offer when going through the drive-thru. Maybe I’m just blind. I won’t dock them for that in case this is my fault, but it is confusing. I’ve come here about three times now. Twice was by myself. The third time was with my boyfriend. Usually when I am by myself my order is simple. Today when I placed our order he was with me. We wanted to breakfast sandwiches, two donuts, and two coffees. I wanted mine iced. He wanted the pumpkin thing they offer. I placed our order. The guy repeated it back to me, but it was wrong. So I gave him my order one more time — the two breakfast sandwiches, the two donuts we wanted, and our two coffee orders. It wasn’t that complicated. Again, he got it wrong and AGAIN I repeated it. Finally he repeated it back correctly. We pull up to pay and he takes my card saying, «You confused me back there.» What? How? I placed my order, you got it wrong consistently. Don’t blame the customer for that when I clearly and concisely listed our order to you several times. Well he handed us our order. My iced coffee was hot. But by that point I just decided to go with it. When we were pulling away we also found that my strawberry frosted donut had no sprinkles(I’ve gotten it before with sprinkles) and was a dry, hard hunk of dough with a small smear of pink on the top. Now then, why might I ask, at 9am are your donuts already stale? Again, the breakfast sandwiches were great. But c’mon.

So, this is my local DD. Like I have mentioned before, I am Canadian so I am Tim Horton’s fiend and am not a Starbucks coffee fan. BUT I can drink the coffee here *yay*. The coffee is great in my opinion and the donuts are just amazing! If you come anytime before the evening they are usually very fresh. My only beef with them is that they are always understaffed. I hate having to wait in line for 10 minutes just to get two coffees when there are only two people in front of me.

What’s the deal with everyone’s review? Why they being so stingy. This place just opened up this summer. You know that some places they have to go through there opening kinks before they get into the groove of things. Anyways enough about that. My husband and I moved here to Houston from Chicago. Dunkin Donuts were on every corner in there. It was a Chicago staple and we grew accustomed to having them around. We knew moving back to Texas that they would only be a dime a dozen. As we were getting to know our new neighborhood we were ecstatic to see that there was a DD right down the street from us! And the super plus it’s 24 hours! Oh heeeeyyyy DD coffee anytime I want. We’ve been inside to get goodies and they have always been so nice and friendly. Sometimes it would take a little bit longer than usual but I’m going to attribute that to the newness of the establishment. This morning I had a 6:15AM meeting with my supervisor group. BOO! I decided to treat my team to some DD. And of course I needed some coffee. So there I was at 5:15ish in the morning in the drive thru. I ordered a small coffee and a 25 assortment of Munchkins. The service was super fast and the young lady at the drive thru was so chipper and cheery! That put a smile on my face so early in the morning. This whole experience was so reminiscent of my many trips at the drive thru in Chicago so early in the morning before work. I’m so excited they are near by but my only beef was that the coffee wasn’t like I was used to getting. When I got my coffee in Chi-town it has cream and sugar and it was so sweet. My coffee this morning wasn’t as sweet. It’s probably good that I cut back on the sugar but it’s oh so good. It was almost as if there wasn’t any sugar. Oh well. There’s a next time. Oh darn I guess I’ll have to go again. America Runs on Dunkin’ y’all. Go getcha some!

Donuts. Is there anything they can’t do? The definition of a donut is «a light pastry…» And what does DD offer, exactly that!!! Donuts are supposed to be so light that you can eat one without feeling weighed down. It melts in your mouth. Its delicate. At Shipley’s, the donuts are so heavy, it weighs me down just carrying it.(side note: I converted my co-worker, Houstonian bred and fed, from Shipley to DD) Also we can’t forget that DD is the WORLD leader of baked goods and coffee. America Runs on Dunkin… y’all! Anyway, I am super excited DD is now appearing all over TX… it feels like home! But they must realize the service expectation DD is known for… which is FAST. DD originated in the NorthEast where«we ain’t got time for that» wait. You never spend more than one minute on your order… EVER. At this location, I always leave upset because it takes them 4 minutes on average to prepare my vanilla chai tea(which is also served a few oz. short). Not a good way to start the day. Don’t judge me, I am not impatient… I just don’t like waiting a second longer than I have to :-) Step ya game up
