I almost wanted to leave and not pay this was so bad. I really didn’t want to eat anything. Everything had such an odd taste to it. The cheese puffs were solid and not creamy inside, the sushi was old and the flavor mixture was aweful, even their coffee was bad. Spinach was overcooked and garlic in it undercooked. The selection isn’t even that great.

Today my boyfriend and I went and had dinner and it was really good this time and the service was actually pretty good as well. The gentleman there continued to check on us and picked up our plates in a timely matter. And at the end brought us tooth picks. Will be back!

DONOTCOMEEATHERE! The food was old, cold and the food that was hot was sitting there so long that the noodles were hard, the sauce was burnt at the bottom of the pan and the chicken was dry. There was food on the floor surrounding the buffet, workers wiped food off the buffet counters back into trays and never replaced or took the old dirty trays. We spoke with management about the issues we had with this establishment and his best argument was it cost him too much money to replace the old food and don’t come eat here then WTF?! My friends been eating here for years and we traveled from Missouri City just to eat here. never again! I WISH I COULDGIVENOSTARS!

We had dinner group last night over there. The food was so horrible and even it’s free I wouldn’t eat it, that’s how bad it was. The attitude of the service lady made it worse. I tried to use the coupon from their website. She talked very harsh and no manner at all. The tone was high and sounds like she was the judge. Our group is about 40+people and we just gave them a Christmas gift by had dinner over here. It’s a HUGE mistake went there. I wouldn’t mind paying a lot more to eat as long as enjoyable. The food was bad and the attitude was ugly.

I remember enjoying the food here when it first opened, but after many years the quality of both the food and the setting have decreased dramatically. The food was not fresh and there was not a good variety to select from. Everything was very Americanized. Another complaint was the cup provided for my hot tea smelled and tasted like detergent. Since no one bothered checking up on us, I had to use a soup bowl to drink my tea. Only reason we ended up eating here was because the seafood shoppe was closed due to inclement weather.

The reason for the three stars is mainly for the service provided here. The wait staff is are always very friendly. Much to my surprise at a Chinese buffet. I go for the crab and the Kung Pao chicken with rice noodles. A spot for variety for a cheap price.

I have better memories of this place as a kid. The food is always well stocked. Good olé americanized greasy chinese food. If thats what i am craving, this is the place to go. Though on the weekends they spike up the price and it was about thirty dollars for two people drink and buffet. Not worth it. The coconut shrimp are amazing, the fish is always fresh. Havent felt courageous enough to venture to the sushi section. The service is bland, due to the language barrier. They sure do refill your cup every tiem you take a sip. Or even think about it.

Cheap food, what can you expect? I think this is one of the better buffets I’ve been at. The staff there always have that«You’re annoying but I get paid to work here» attitude but once in a while I come across a really nice lady(not sure if she works there anymore). Food is well… you get what you paid for. Some are okay and delicious while others are straight up nasty. The people who eat here though are questionable…(though considering the area and price, I’m not surprised). Meh. I just come here for cheap food.(Pro tip: if you’re ordering to-go don’t put rice/noodles in it since they’re quite cheap and you can cook them at home — stuff as many different kinds meat/fish/main courses as you can into that to-go box. Skip the dessert and go for soup — the wonton and egg soup are good). I often come here and leave with enough food for 2 – 3 days since I cook my own rice at home.

This buffet was an average rating for me. I was depressed of the color fading sashimi. I end up drinking a lot of water due to the msg the food could have. Service was good. I like this place but try to do a little better. The gyoza was pretty hard as I tried to bite. Please have a little more improvement. Later on I end up seeing kids licking or coughing on their hands and touching the grabbers.

Good selection of food. Quality for a buffet is better than average. I’ve been here many times and I always enjoy it and eat too much. Now that I’m trying to stay vegetarian/vegan, this is one of my favorite places cause I can get food other than salad!

I first came here when they were brand new many years ago. The quality of the food has gone down. The service is still good though. The sesame red bean balls were rock hard. The oysters are questionable. The sushi is very low quality. There is American food such as french fries and chicken nuggets which is odd being that it is a Chinese buffet. The place is full with lots of people and little kids who walk around with stacks of food on their plates.

If I could rate this place a zero it would be just that. I’m just an average human being with average taste. This buffet was plain disgusting. It felt like the food was prepared weeks ago and set out under s hot lamp for hours. Everything smelled like fish. Ex. Crab puffs, sugar rolls, chicken mcnuggets, sweet and sour chicken. The desserts were not even homemade they we’re store bought set out in plastic wrappers. The best thing about this place was the water to flush down the taste. Waste of money and 10 minutes of my time.

Let me start out by saying that this place is «okay». It’s spot on for the money. The bad reviews are on point. The good reviews are exaggerated. For the $ 11.90(including water), the price matched the food quality. I searched for the best sushi buffet in town and the highly rated restaurant was a 35 minute drive due to traffic and was $ 29. I came here instead because it was 6 minutes away. In all honesty, I wish I had sat in traffic and would have gladly paid $ 29 at the other place for better quality. This isn’t the best Asian buffet I’ve been to but certainly not the worst. Here’s the good and the bad: It’s clean, the staff are nice and attentive, and they have a good crowd. They keep the buffet well stocked and have a HUGE variety of food including a sushi bar. The sushi is low quality fish. The sashimi isn’t sushi grade meat. The rice was unusually undercooked on both the sushi and the cut rolls. The soy sauce is SWEET! Never had sweet soy sauce before and this isn’t even salty. I wouldn’t be surprised if they cut it with teriyaki sauce or some other sweeter liquid. The wasabi paste isn’t spicy at all. I like wasabi mixed with my soy sauce and had to mix an entire spoonful in just to get some kick. The oysters and clams were not good. Very disappointing. But, I got my money’s worth. The fish dishes like baked salmon and fish with cheese are of low quality meat. And it’s not fresh. It’s not old fish, but it’s not fresh either. Other dishes like coconut shrimp and kung pao chicken were bland. Highly unusual for an Asian buffet. They have crawfish! While I didn’t partake in the crawfish, it was popular amongst the other patrons and they had to restock it quickly. They have a great dessert bar and fresh fruit. Plenty of kids and families enjoying the place for dinner. You get what you pay for here and for the price, it’s on the money. If I wasn’t such a buffet snob, I’d likely give this place 5 stars. I would have paid double for better quality food and fresh fish. Maybe triple. I think this place could increase quality and pricing and be just fine, based on the location. The number of chairs filled would be less but the cost per plate would be higher and likely level out.

First off, I recently relocated and my office is next to this buffet and wondered why none of my colleagues went there since it was so close. The smells emanating from this place should have been my first clue. I was desperate one day and pinch for time, so I ordered to go and it was a decent price. Definitely greasy American-Chinese buffet. I paid the«real price» about an hour later, catch my drift. The real problem I had with this place was the service. I ordered buffet to go, mind you same price as eat in. They gave me a cup for soup, but come on, we are in Texas, who wants hot soup? So I used for cold fruits /dessert. When I paid, I was chastised /scolded for not using for soup. I told them it won’t happen again. It won’t, I won’t go back.

This is out to be one of the worst buffet I’ve ever been to. I have no idea how business like this is able to survive without proper management. Dirty table, dirty dishes, dirty silverware and dirty foods. This place is terribly unsanitary. The foods looked like leftovers that’s been sitting in the fridge for months. It looked old, very greasy, just plain disgusting. My cup of water was greasy as well, the cup feels oily! I even stopped a little kid from trying to grab a plate that was not washed properly, there were left over food on it.(To be exact, piece of left over orange chicken. Can you believe this?) At that point, I was really pissed. I went and complained to one of the waiter. I had her come took a look at the plate and asked how are you guys going to serve people with dirty plates like that and what if people get sick or get food poisonings? And all she told me was«oh yeah, well, is Sunday, we’re very busy.» Then she walked away. I WOWED. Asked for the check and left the place. Wasted $ 13 bucks for a piece of paper to sign and a foreign cookie. Extremely disappointed, will never come back again! P.S — my foreign cookie reads«A good reputation is more valuable than money.» I hope the owner sees it.

Just saw a kid scrape his plate of pineapples back into the main tray. Not the restaurant’s fault but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to a buffet anytime soon. Oh, food is ok. They have decent sushi. Very, very busy on a Sunday afternoon and sometimes can’t keep up with refilling the food.

About $ 10 for M-F dinner. Typical buffet foods however it seems these food have been sitting there for hours. Likewise with sushi. Nothing fancy or rather their sushi had only 3ingredients: cucumber, imitation crab, and egg.(I guess 4 if you count rice). 1 star for food. Service was not bad, so plus another star. I should mentioned that it was unprofessional for the workers, while still duty, to be walking around holding food and eating with a mouthful. Won’t be back.
