Right next to my workplace, but this McDonald’s is no longer viable for me. I need only a small cup of water for lunch, but now a full soda-size cup must be purchased($ 1). No more complementary water. Goodbye

Horrrrrible service!!! They need some type of management to help with late night service. Waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru line just to order. Waited another 15 minutes to get my food. That’s 1 hour in line!!! Cashier was not friendly ATALL!!! Don’t put people to work that don’t want to give us a good experience!!!

Best thing about McDonalds are the $ 1 large drinks. I spend $ 2 a day each and everyday. Food. except for egg mc muffin or fish sandwich I pass. 24 hr which is good. Not very clean.

This is by far the worse Mc Donalds I have ever been. Oh Mc Donalds had a fart!!! But yesterday it tops it all, Came in around 2pm for a late lunch. No one was attending the front cashier. The drive thru person saw me a few times but didn’t bother to take my order or at least say«someone will be with you shortly» Another person was on the phone talking about their son’s video game“ I literally waited for more than 5 minutes just standing there and no one came to take my order. I walked off and went to Taco Bell. I really hope managers can see this post as I will not be coming back to this location!

Why me! 70% of the time my order is wrong when the tall thin guy is working. Late nights around 12am-1am. It took a staggering 18 min for the tall guy to ask me what my order was. REALLY! There was only 2 customers in front of me and the 2nd customer only had a drink! So I get home and it’s wrong! I go back and get attitudes but no apologies. I finally get my order and it’s all greasy it’s so greasy it looks like they purposely put grease on the burger because it was coming out of the bag! Not very nice people stay Away!

It’s McDonald’s. Not too much to say about the food since everyone has had it before. I usually only hit this one up for breakfast and fortunately, they have never messed up my order *knock knock*. I have found the employees to be pretty good, especially for a fast food place. They also have free wifi inside for the quick lunch grabbers in the area.

Too early just too early, 5a… But thankfully I found this 24-hr McDonalds. As I was bringing food to my aunt as a «surprise». Quick ordering, especially at this unGodly hour of 5am. Friendly staff. Accurate order received. Stick & Move. In & out. Deuces!!!

Oh why o why did I drive in to McDonald’s? Oh yeah because it’s in the middle of the night and nothing else is open. On my last trip to Genji’s to sing my heart out, I was hungry! I had to get a sweet tea for $ 1 and some chicken nuggets. I hated myself in the morning.

Went here for a late night snack. Wish I had gone down to Whataburger first instead. The drive thru menu is extremely hard to read with very small print in many places. Then the lady manning the window was kind of snotty and rude as well. Plus they charged me for just one sauce, nothing aggravates me more than places that do that. Very poor customer service.

Lunch time drive thru entrance lane is a mess. The parking lot is really small.

Was he wearing a jogging suit reading a paper? Hmm… maybe that is why the older lady was so very nice I felt like I won the lottery… Anyway It was good service considering the young trainee had to be helped. The Chicken Swiss Club on honeywheat(no mayo) was pretty good and so was the strawberry shake.

Mama wanted her breakfast meal, and I just happened to have a couple free breakfast meal coupons. So I drive over and go inside. I’m sorry, but I just don’t do drive-thru – not at 7 am with a 10-car line. I walk in and noticed dour attitudes. No smiles. Not even a hello, «Welcome to McDonald’s.» I went up and presented the coupons. The coupons were void of any legal except expiration dates and a variety of which breakfast meals I could buy. The cashier told me I could use only one per visit. I asked her where on the coupon did it have that restriction. She couldn’t point to anything on the card. So I asked her if she’d accept the second coupon if I bought my first meal using the first coupon, exited the store, went to my car, then went back into the store and used the second. Nope. So along comes the shift manager. Same nasty attitude. And folks, I used my nice Robert voice. Nope. But she said, «I don’t wanna argue with you, so we gonna take them this time.» Crap on you and your sour attitude. A few days later, I noticed happy employees with smiles. Thank you’s delivered. Fast service. Then it hit me: there was a nicely dressed man behind the counter serving and helping with small things. Enter the store manager. Nope. Make that FRANCHISEOWNER. Nope. Make that MULTIPLEFRANCHISEOWNER-OPERATOR on a surprise early morning visit. So instead of going off on him about my last trip to rude employee hell, I introduced myself, said I was from out of town & that I was picking up some food for mother. I told him this was my mother’s favorite McDonald’s(not quite – it’s the one closest to her, and later she told me this McDonald’s isn’t very nice). Well he and I had a really fun conversation about his other stores, what it’s like to own several McDonald’s throughout the city, etc. Then he gives me his card, writes his cellphone number down on the card, and says if my mother has anything wrong with her meals in the future, to please call him. Oh, and gave me a butt-load of coupon cards for freebies like ice-coffee, meals, etc. Thank you, Mr. Multiple Franchise Owner-Operator.
