ZEROSTARS. WORSTSUBWAYONTHEPLANET. I REGRETCOMINGHEREEVERYTIME I COMEANDTHEONLYREASON I WENTTODAYISBECAUSE I HAD A GIFTCARD.(sorry for the caps– that’s how frustrated I am) Waited 10 minutes for the women chatting in the back to come in the front and acknowledge the customers… after a lady had to yell HELLO?! The employee asked me what I wanted 4 times… I had to repeat everything I said at LEAST twice… I had to ask her to SPREAD the tuna because she just put it in the middle of the sandwich and continued putting the cheese on top… she gave me disgusting tomatoes… and didn’t bother to pick fresh ones… she had no idea how to ring up my food(she’s been working here awhile)… just terrible. Subway is not the way to go… especially this subway

Have been a regular customer at this location for the last three months and have not had a problem. Today I came in and ordered one foot long Italian but with pastrami added and one 6 inch ham sandwich. When I got home I looked at the receipt and had been charged for two foot long ham sandwiches, a foot long Italian bmt, and for added pepporoni and salami. When I called the store to alert them of the incident I was rudely argued with by the manager telling me that the extra meat was very expensive and that’s the only way she could charge me for it. After not being able to get a word in for a couple of minutes I finally just hung up the phone. I seriously doubt a footlong bmt with added pastrami costs 13 dollars… If I was the owner of this franchise I would be highly worried about my employees, considering the manager doesn’t know how to correctly operate a cash register. I will no longer be eating at this location due to the lack of respect shown to its customers.

Seriously! Just moved into this neighborhood and I am a regular Subway goer. The place was dingy and dirty and a woman behind me had ordered a kid’s sandwich along with her food. They had cut the bread into 4ths instead of 3rd and the sub was abnormally tiny. After asking twice they still would not get a new piece of bread of the correct length. They even ask the manager behind the counter and she said no. I was like wow, just give the lady a new piece of bread and they still wouldn’t, claiming they are under new management and they don’t let them do that. Unreal. Avoid this Subway if possible.
