Ordered 5 sandwiches online today. Showed up at store to pickup order and saw it hadn’t been started. No big deal. But, it was apparent that the staff had not been trained on how to process an online order and make them while also taking orders from walk-​in customers. I watched the whole thing unfold in front of me. They got 1 right, only because I intervened and told them to remake it.

I went in for a drink, a family member ordered a sandwich combo, nice group of individuals. Very quiet not upbeat, but will speak as you enter upon the door, I love their cranberry cookies which unfortunately I was unable to have on this visit. Overall, staff was courteous and serving of the customers in a fast and timely manner.

Horrible. Guacamole is advertised as regular not crazy spicy. So they still serve it !!! Girls are slow and sloppy at making the sandwich. Never again going to return to this location.

Long wait while being ignored by employees. To have them not have what I wanted in the first place… How do you run out of meatballs at a subway?

The only time I ever get a decent service is when a trainee was helping me. He looked like he was a high school kid who was doing this part time and it was his first day and he was super nervous. Other than that, every time I come in here, the sandwich artists were never friendly.
Can’t mess up the sandwiches though since it is a subway. You point and you watch them make your sub. If they can screw that up, they should just give up on life.

It’s a Subway, so the only things that can bring it down in my book are: crappy service, difficult parking and unavailable ingredients. This place has hit the trifecta.

this Subway was a little quiet, the employees look down, they don’t ask how your day was or talk the customers just «NEXT What Would you like» I ordered the Avocado with bacon and it did not taste that great, but I will always Love Subway just this one was not that great

½ a star. Common sense tells you not to pile on the cheese and topping in the middle of the sandwich. These ladies even look at you funny when you correct them. They might as well work for the Post Office! Horrible attitudes written on these ladies faces!!!
