Subway

The place is filthy and unkept and all the previous comments are right: the staff is incredibly unprepared, untidy and barely understanding English. I have been around that place since working at the college down WWThorne Dr and it has spiraled down ostensibly. The service is slow and ineficient and the veggies are not fresh. Seems more important
engaged in chatting either with the Spanish speaing clients or among them. Usually the Subway employes in other locations look clean and professional. Not the case here. No surveilance over keeping their hair pulled back and tidy nor the uniforms presentable. If it is a taco truck OK and I would not stop in one of them but as a Subway franchise it would be expected other level of service and
of the filthy experience this week was finding a live big roach in the ladies toilet wadfling in the commode. Cannot get myself to return to that location and is the only Subway close to the College. Called the number on the receipt and left the same message. They said they would contact the owner… a frre sandwich is not getting me back. The place would have to get a major make up including groomed and trained personnel or take the franchise name down.

Slow slow slow service I waited 20 minutes in line and only one lady was making sandwiches very slowly not able to speak English making the sandwiches she got several orders wrong when she was told in front of her a vegetable she would point at the wrong vegetable and put it on the sandwich anyway and had to redo a bunch of sandwiches two other ladies were working there but one was only sweeping and then one was putting food back in the trays of empty food without using gloves and was touching the food with her hands after coming out from the back The chicken was the worst chicken I’ve ever had at any Subway –very small place too

Staff needs training in customer service, otherwise typical subways quality.

Speedy service and something that’s not fried or a burger. In other words, the alternate fast food.

Dirty… Food all over the floor and only one clean table. No customers at the time but both employees hanging behind counter chatting. Food was okay.
