2 stars for the quick help, but –3 stars for the horrible service! Came here to help my father with his plans &FYI if you’re not buying, you’re going to get shrug off or get help with an attitude. For the times I have been to T-mobile, I have only got excellent service when I was purchasing or upgrading, anything else the reps at the store will be little to no help! I just don’t understand why a rep isn’t able to do the same thing a CSR can do over the phone. Aren’t ya all T-Mobile? What difference is it if I came into the store or if I called? Keep getting the run around for a small request… so in the end, along with numerous other problems my father have encountered with T-mobile, it was best to cancel. Not blaming my father for canceling his 4 lines & switching it to AT&T after years of service with T-Mobile. I was also a customer of T-mobile for a decade and decided to switched to AT&T, too. No amount of «I’m sorry, let me credit your account $ 15 to make up for the trouble» is worth dealing with incompetent employees. Not to mention all the drop calls were ridiculous. Good-bye T-Mobile!
