Great to be able to specify exactly what you want on a sandwich. But actually limited despite all the apparent options. No healthy options, no healthy sides

Let me start off by saying I LOVE which wich — I could eat at one every week. But this location is simply not good. We had been here once before and they had only like 4 bags of chips in the chip stand, they ran out of cheddar cheese at 11:30am when it opens at 11am and the sandwich was poorly made, but we wanted to give it another shot. The open sign was not on letting people know they could come in. My husband and I took a chance and walked in, passing two people that we thought were customers but it turns out, it was the staff. They saw us walk in and then let us wait inside alone for almost 2 minutes before they decided to come in and help us. Then once we ordered, we waited for awhile to get our sandwiches and we were the only ones here. We will not be coming back to this location.

Would not recommend this location. Staff needs to be trained in regards to the register and loyality points. From my last experience here I will no longer be a customer at any location. I use to go to lunch at other locations with co-workers on my lunch break(almost every day). I am now banning this place at every location.

This tiny little restaurant next to T-Mobile is barely noticeable, yet it has amazing sandwiches. I got to pick what I wanted in my sandwich and was charged for it. The price was reasonable, and the sandwich came out warm and toasty. I had a turkey samdwich with lettuce and cucumbers. For sauce, I have a signature combo, ranch and honey mustard. It might sound weird but she delicious. I was surprised when they gave me crystallized onions, but I was okay with it. The waiters are very nice and patient. They make each sandwich with care, I definitely recommend this place.

Great sandwiches and I love their option to get the sandwich in a bowl form. The food here is prepared quickly and my online orders are always prepared accurately. I have no idea why it’s always so empty when I come by though. I guess people just like to get their food togo.

This place is good… if you know what to get. Definitely a notch above Subway; more on par with Potbelly. I have more of a TIP than a review… First time I went, I got the roast beef sandwich, NOT toasted(or as they call it, a «Coldwich»). Don’t do it. Don’t get ANY sub untoasted. If you do, what you will end up with is doughy, almost raw bread. You know those half-baked loaves of bread you get at the grocery store, take them home and bake them to crusty goodness? Yeah, its like that… before baking. I’m guessing most people get them toasted(a.k.a. «Hotwich») because otherwise, its a horrific mess. It’s a disaster in your mouth. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich because the bread was RAW I’m telling you. So the NEXT time I went(I almost always give a place 2 chances), I got the BLT — TOASTED. It was FABULOUS! They put on a good portion of bacon, dripping with mayo — yummo… and the bread was as it should be — crusty and chewy. Delightful. So, to recap — Coldwiches are bad mmm’kay? Hotwich is where it’s at. That is all.

The sandwich is good but not like oh my gosh it’s so good, kind of good. I do wish they gave more meat and had more options for diff types of bread like subway however I do feel like this place is way better than subway I really like the whole concept on how you select bags that have what type of meat you want such as turkey, chicken, ham, seafood and etc. After you select what type of met you pick your brown bag and on the bags it has different toppings and you just mark it off and give it to the employees to make. Fast and easy! Employees are super friendly!

I dropped in here for lunch as I had to run an errand and they were on the way. It wasn’t very crowded and I ordered my sandwich and it came out in a few minutes. I like that they call you by name. I had a ham and cheese with egg on white bread the medium size(10.5 in) and I could barely eat it all. I also got my favorite drink from here a strawberry shake. Everything went well on this visit and I would come back again if I am in the area. It is a little further than I would like to drive for lunch.

4th time here and just saw that they have a road to wiches frequent feeding card… sigh if I only knew I would have had more points… :( Normally very friendly and fast services, sandwiches are very tasty haven’t had a bad one yet. The chips a re a little pricey for what you get.

Very friendly people, great service, and great sandwiches. If you are on a low carb/low fat kick, you can choose a Bowl wich(they can turn any sandwich into a salad type bowl) or you can choose a Lettuce Wich(Lettuce wrapped rather than bread).

I know, I know, it’s weird to give a 5 star rating to a sandwich place, but as far as sandwich restaurants go, Which Wich is a 5 star place. When you go in, there’s a board with about 12 different sandwich types, and each of the 12 types have a bag with about 4 different types of sub variations to it(typically the meats), which you select, and then you customize it exactly as you want, including bread types, cheeses, sauces, dressings, veggies, etc. The price of the sub depends on the size yo get,(so all 7 inch subs are the same price). After customizing it, you put your name on it and take it to the cashier, and if you want, add chips, drinks, etc. Then they call you when they are done. I LOVE this system because it allows me to customize what I want, easily, with no feeling of rush from the employees or customers behind me. Normally at other sandwich places I just order the same thing every time to make it easy and quick, but with this place I’ve been able to try different subs. It also tastes much better than Subway and the others. They actually know how to wrap a sub! Moreover, unlike Subway where it feels like you are just eating bread with one or two slices of meat, they actually put meat on the sub. At Subway I often feel like I need a footlong to fill me up, but the smallest sub here fills me up quickly. They also have Mellow Yellow for a drink! And their ice is also the best. As far as cost, they are a little more expensive than Subway and whatnot, but the quality and easiness of the Which Wich system is worth it.

Yeah so this place is pretty awesome. To order, you pick certain bags based on type of meat you want(or no meat) and then with a marker, pick your ingredients. It’s an awesome way to easily customize your sandwich. It’s almost error-proof so that you get exactly what you want! The sandwiches are great here. I’ve had two(hummus and black bean patty) and I have to say that I’ve really enjoyed them both. The options are pretty much endless so you can make your sandwich any way you want! I am a big fan of this place. As of right now my sandwich shop preference goes this way: 1) Which Wich 2) Potbelly’s 3) Jimmy John’s 4) Lenny’s 5) Quiznos 6) Subway Definitely try this place out!

Went here because they were having a 99 cent promotion on their sandwiches. From the looks of things, that day was the most busy this place has been for a while. Since it was the first time for me to eat here had had to quickly get used to the ordering system here. First of all, you have to get a paper bag corresponding to the type of sandwich you want and pick how you want your sandwich made with a red marker. Then you have to give your bag to the cashier, pay for your meal and then wait for them to call out your name once your sandwich was done. The whole process was quick considering how many people were there to take advantage of the promotion. The sandwich was toasted and cut in half. I got the chicken pesto version and it tasted okay despite the variety of toppings I wanted in it.
