If I could rate this place a 0 I would. After getting food from this Taco Bell my husband had to go to the hospital it was because of the food from this Taco Bell. He was let out the hospital after a week and ever since than we never ate Taco Bell again.

The only reason I am rating this at 5 stars is because I witnessed the most incredible hustle I have ever seen in my entire life up to this day. Not only did I wait for what seemed like a purgatory sized amount to order my meal, I was briefly charged and handed my drinks (this is at the drive thru), but amazingly wait a solid 10 minutes or more for our food. For which as to anyone’s amazement, I had finished my soft drink. So as I received my order, naturally asking for a refill pertaining to the wait, this nigga right here has the fucking audacity, the COJONES, to reply with, «You can for a dollar.» I fell into an abysmal laughter for the amount of dexterity this individual had at the mother fucking Taco Bell down the street. Your job is a joke, yet you achieved one of the most amazing and inspiring acts of the human struggle. Bravo! I respect you in your most essential and deep rooted sense. You are the drive thru guy. Bravo. Bravo.

Only reason I am putting 4 stars is because the drink machine wasn’t working properly. The guy taking orders (Jason M) was fast and very polite. I firmly believe that first impressions are everything and this guy was so polite that I almost forgot where I was. I am so used to fast food being an in and out experience (which this was) but I felt warm and welcomed at this location. Great experience.

Our server tonight was Angela W she was very sweet she gave us our food and said God Bless, it was very appreciated. The food is what you would think Taco Bell would carry. We got the sauce and the napkins and all the food we asked for. The lines were long but it’s easter so yeah.

I don’t normally post a review on here, but I do have to say that the manager here, really went above and beyond the other night. Our order was very… very wrong, and when I told the manager about it, he had me pull forward and handled our order personally. You can’t expect anything but robotic service at places like these, but he is WASTED working here. Great customer service… I just wish I could remember his name. Oh well.

The wrapper of my chicken soft tacos were saturated with water… some wet liquid.
Tortilla soggy.
So unbelievably gross.
Never had this happen before.
Disgusting!
The staff was nice though :/​

For a company who uses the cheapest ingredients they can find… they seem to pull it off amazingly. Tonight I ordered the XXL Beef Nachos. They were somewhat enjoyable, but lacked the consistency of quality found behind them in the Mexican stand. The chips ate stale, tiny, thin, and tasteless. For 4 bucks more I could have gone to a real Mexican restaurant to get twice as much with better ingredients… but they were closed. I’ve been on a fast food kick today and Taco Bell reminded me thay I’d be better off cooking my own food!!! It took 10 minutes to place my order and get the food.
