Im slightly addicted to taco bell, and since this is the closest one to my work I go here almost every day. Ive only ever had 1 problem at this restaurant. One time I went through the drive through on my lunch break, I ordered 2 chicken quesadillas nachos and Large dr pepper, however I received 3 bean burritos and 2 tacos. I didn’t check the bag since I NEVER have any problems here… once i got back to work and discovered the mistake i called them and explained the problem. They told me to just come on back and they would fix it. Even though it was annoying to go back they made it right by giving me my actual meal as well as keep the whole other meal they gave me before. I have been going here regularly for about 6 months without any other issues. Fast, courteous, and good food! Side note the people there recognize me and remember my name and meal, which is nice because it shows they care… either that or i come in way to much… not sure which though.

I got this sad looking Mexican pizza today. I wish employees took more pride in presentation. It’s obvious they were not trying to serve quality food. Barely any cheese, any sauce, and looked like it was thrown on top in a rush. It was very dry and they didn’t even provide plastic ware to eat it with.
