Taco Bell

We love this taco bell, it’s close to home & the food is always hot and fresh! I can also say that the employees are super friendly which makes the visit even better. No complaints here! :)

Having lunch at my favorite fast food taco joint Taco Bell. Just want to say that their employee Dana is excellent. He greeted every customer as they walked in the door. He tried to upsell me but I politely declined. He was really good at it. I didn’t feel pressured at all. He then asked if I would like to donate a dollar to the hunger worldwide charity. I said yes because of Dana. I volunteer and contribute to the End Hunger Network and typically do not give at restaurants. Very good employee!

It’s Taco Bell, what more is there to say on the food. it’s the same as every other one. Except… the service is Super Slow. The drive through is awful. Expect to spend 10+ minutes in line and 20+ during peak times. Avoid if you are in a rush and go to BK or Jack in Box nearby.

The cashiers in the drive-​thru are extremely nice and kind BUT I always have to wait at least 10 minutes for my order in the drive-​thru. One time I had to wait more than 10 minutes. I don’t even order that much. I usually order 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos (which is delicious by the way).
Almost every single time I have been at this specific taco bell, I have never gotten my food in a timely manner. I’ve never had that problem at other taco bell’s only this one on cypresswood. Maybe they are understaffed or something.

I think, finally being the Duke at this location even with having forgotten to check in a few times, I have the authority to write this review.
I grew up on Taco Bell. My family having vegetarians, Taco Bell has always been a great compromise for the meat eaters and veggies between us. I’m by no means a great food critic, but I know Taco Bell. I haven’t been to many, only the few near my area, but this location has always been reliable. Whether there’s a long line at 12:00 noon or no line at 3:00 AM, I’ve been able to count on my order being right in the store or in the drive thru. When it’s not, I can expect very willing and friendly customer service to correct any mistakes and sometimes even complimentary extras. Beyond that, the things I order are always well-​composed, meaning they’re not torn, falling apart, and have a good balance of ingredients. This place isn’t fancy or high class, but it knows quality of service. I’ve been here hundreds of times in this year alone and they are always, ALWAYS on point with their service. By habit I’ve always had to check my food to make sure beans have been subbed in for beef, but this place has gotten so reliable I no longer check and dive straight into my food. Maybe that’s because Taco Bell has upped its management game, but this place is also really well maintained and full of friendly people — even when I have to remind the cashier that it’s sub beans for beef, not minus beef plus beans (which costs extra).
Long story short, this place isn’t «fine dining» but it is fine dining (or lunching or breakfasting or late dining). It’ll make sure it gets your order right.

Fast and nice

Terrible. Years ago I liked Taco Bell, they have changed more than I have.
Cheap greasy spoon would be SAFER than this hygienic nightmare. Steer clear.
If you have children? hell nah, dont take them here! Heck, if you have a stomach, pay it a solid and keep drivin.
