Visited this establishment for the first time with my family not know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. Inside was very nice and clean, and the owners(I assume) were wonderfully inviting. We have never tried bubble tea, but they were so helpful with delicious samples of their popular flavors. Like other reviews I had read, the board games and seating areas were nice and inviting. We will definitely be returning as the drinks were very refreshing and tasty. My first thought after trying the mango green tea was how good that it would be after working up a sweat mowing the lawn or some outside activity. My wife had a coconut smoothie that was sooooo good. All in all a wonderful spot to gather with friends or family or both! Sit, have a drink, enjoy a game and spend quality time together. I highly recommend! Tip: The owner told me that with the drinks you can ask for sugar to be lowered(½, ¼…) if the drink seems too sweet. Good to know for dieters/those watching their calories!

You and I know that you can’t go puttin’ just anyone’s balls in your mouth. It’s gotta be worth it, or else you just don’t go there. Of the different bubble tea joints in Houston I’ve tried, Tapioca Master in Cypress area probably does the best job of replicating the OG bubble tea from Taiwan. I want to whine and complain about how expensive bubble tea is here as non-dairy creamer powder and dried balls don’t cost much to begin with, but I can appreciate the quality and taste– the right balance of tea was on point. Oh, and about that customer service now. Boss man shakin’ and bakin’ in the back was very appreciative when he brought my drink out. Very sweet girl working the counter was super helpful and kind. For saving you the butt pain of driving somewhere more central to get your bubble tea hit, this place’s slight price increase is worth it, even if gas is practically free right now. Solid victory for Cypress bubble tea enthusiasts right here.

Wonderful little tea shop with a welcoming atmosphere, great selection of drinks and better prices than most boba places. I’ve brought friends here several times to just hang out, enjoy some tea and play some board games, and I will definitely be back. Pros: atmosphere, drink selection(with free samples), pricing, cozy lounge area, TV and board games, cheap snacks Cons: they’re located in a strip that’s known for having businesses come and go often… so let’s make sure this one stays!

Today was my first day at Tapioca Master and I’ve been greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. The drinks here are really good and reasonable prices. It’s very nice to have a place like this near my area without having to drive all the way to Bellaire to get the real deal. The owners are very friendly and will remember your name. Such warm hospitality. They will make the drinks right for you. They have a lot of variety to choose from and are freshly made. I will definitely be back again.

I love this place! I wish they had one closer to my house. I love the selection. Of flavors and the fact they have samples for you to try to help you decide! The prices are great too! They also have a seating area where you can sit and play games and just relax. Also you can buy snacks as well.

Five stars because I don’t have to drive all the way to Bellaire to get some pretty good tapioca drinks! No, but really. You get to mix and match what flavors you want and they have a pretty good variety. They also have samples you can try at the counter to help give you an idea of what you might like. The tapioca balls aren’t the best but they still have a decent texture to it. The staff is always so welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’ve been here quite a few times and they’ve always asked for feedback on the drinks to make sure it was to our liking. I would def recommend giving this place a try!

First time here and very impressed. They have a tray of all the most popular flavors by the counter so just choose what you like and go for it! Got the mango/strawberry with the baby tapioca. Nice smooth texture, nice soft tapioca. It has a tart aftertaste which might shock some people though. Update Came here a second time, definitely my new favorite. Thing you should know: the ingredients are fresh, no powders. Also note the different level of sweetness, you can even ask them to sample to get the flavor perfect! Try something new and mix the different size tapioca, also made fresh daily. Try the avocado, matcha, coconut mix, creamy and refreshing.

Best tapioca hands down and it’s 10 mins away from me. I don’t have to drive down to Chinatown anymore. The tapioca is always on point, it’s soft and not super chewy or hard. Their teas has flavor and aroma and it’s not overly bland or sweet. They have lots of favors and different kind of tapioca and jelly. The owners are super nice and always recognizes me and my son when we go in there. The man that makes my drinks is the best, he’s the owner! I wish they made food there too.

Mango. Orange. Smoothie. Just do it. The tapioca is usually fresh and drinks are always pretty good. I love that I don’t have to drive all the way to Golden Oolong to get a good tapioca milk tea!

This place is amazing! I came here with my cousins and I’ve been coming back ever since. They have a huge number of flavors that you can mix and match to make a number of tasty drinks. They also have a large number of samples that are super delicious! The store is always clean and it’s very inviting when you come in. They have a bunch of board games near the back of the location, it’s always a great way to pass the time. The owners are also very friendly and won’t hesitate to answer your questions about anything on the menu. They definitively have a loyal customer right here.

Parking: The parking lot in front of the store is very tiny. But they have a sign that says you can park in the print shop’s parking lot(after 5PM I think?) or near the Chinese restaurant to its right. So have plenty of parking if the front parking lot is full. Time and Day: Came on a Sunday around 5:30PM and it was not busy at all. Food: I ordered the taro mixed with chocolate($ 4.80) and was excited to try this flavor out(I love taro flavor). However, it didn’t really made a big difference to me. If I were to order this again, I would ask for more chocolate to be inserted into the drink. Otherwise, I wouldn’t notice a different in it. I am happy to know that they mix different flavors for you so if you want to try something new, you have many options to create. Overall, this drink was not special compare to other tapioca flavors so it gets a 3⁄5. Service: The service is noticeably much better than other tapioca places. First they give you an option to sample different flavors and mixes in these little containers near the cashier(I got the tapioca mixed with chocolate). Second, they are so friendly here! I was greeted when I arrived and the owners said good bye with a nice smile to me as I was leaving. It is great to see that friendly kind of service that I usually never see at other tapioca places. Service gets a 5⁄5. Price: The drinks are between $ 4 and $ 5 if you are getting tapioca too. I don’t see much of a difference in price between here and many places on Bellaire. Overall: This place reminds me of Kim’s Teahouse but with a lot better service. The drinks are decent, but the service is very friendly and they have free samples for you to try. They really want to earn your business. Overall, this place gets a 4⁄5.

Delicious and fresh. Very hard to find places like this, where they only use fresh fruit. Yummm!

I usually get jasmine /regular milk tea when I go to new tea places and they didn’t not disappoint me. They also have samples that are in a iced bucket which is very thoughtful ! Good service and delicious drink. Will definitely come back next time when I am craving milk tea.

Seriously, the holy grail in this area. It’s 5 minutes from where I live and it exceeded my expectations. I’ve had the jasmine milk tea and matcha green tea smoothie(both with half sugar if you have a sensitive sweet tooth) and they’re both satisfying. I usually ask for half sugar anywhere I go because even half sugar is still a lot of sugar for me. But I think for most people, you would enjoy the half sugar more. It doesn’t really deduct the taste of the drink and you won’t feel like you’re eating a spoon of sugar.(This is a huge nudge, trust me). What I like about this particular place is that the drinks are well blended, meaning the after taste isn’t powdery and it’s not too milky either. I’m not a fan of the tapioca balls but I wanted to try it(do it for Unilocal!) and I was impressed. It’s soft and tasted like it was just cooked(boiled?). Well done! They’re always consistent with their drinks and I don’t have to drive to Chinatown for milk tea.

I really wanted to like the place. The place was in fact, very inviting and relaxing. The lighting was dim, there was no loud music, and there were all these nice tea pots on display in the middle of the room. There are couches and board games for you to actually sit and spend some time there with your friends. But driving there was a pain in the butt with all the small streets and traffic… etc. Parking was limited too. I went at 3:00pm on a Wednesday and there were only 2 empty spots left with only 4 people in the shop. The boba was chewy(good) but there’s no flavor. I didn’t taste any brown sugar or honey that they’re supposed to soak the bobas in. I ordered a Blended Thai Tea(smoothie). It was okay. I’ve had better. It was diluted, it wasn’t «Thai» enough, and it wasn’t sweet enough. I almost thought it was just regular milk tea. Everything needed more flavor! Look at the color! Does that look like Thai Tea to you? Well, it cost me $ 4.60. Now that in Houston is pretty pricey. Service is friendly though. I wouldn’t return. I was hoping to give it 5 stars but unfortunately for those folks that live around this area, this might be as good as it gets.
