I used to turn my nose up at these places until about month ago when I set out looking for a different truck mentioned on Unilocal. So, this was my first taco truck experience– I was pleasantly surprised. Since then, I’ve kind of been taking advantage of the taco truck concept. This one is good, not the best, but definitely better than fast food. The good: Yummy, fresh, fast, & cheap. I can get two fajita tacos for $ 3. The bad: They leave a lot of important elements out of their fajita tacos(onion, tomato). Actually, their fajitas only consist of cilantro & beef. They taste good, but felt unbalanced… like something was missing. I’ve also tried their quesadillas a few times, but again, I felt like something was missing as they’re mostly filled with cheese(very little meat, lots of grease). The ugly: They’re slow. Verrrrrrry sloooowwwww. It’s operated by three young ladies who rather flirt with the regulars than do their job. I really don’t care that they do that, BUTPLEASE take my order & start working on it *while* flirting with the day laborers. Learn to multitask, ladies!
