I have had Tara Energy for over 5 years now… great company, great customer service! Bills are as they promise upfront, reminds for renewals and reliable delivery of power! Above all, their customer service really stands out! Easy to get a friendly voice to talk to — every time I have called!

Houston, TX
Tara (Just Energy) is a great company for residential and single occupancy homes. They are not the best with commercial businesses. The rates are pretty low and they are happy to work with you on cost. But their billing department is… well… a hot mess. And nothing is worse than having your power turned off because they couldn’t apply a payment properly (among many issues). I can honestly say that we DO NOT use this company solely based on the issues we had with their billing department.
