I’ve been there twice and I swear I won’t go back again. Only very limited choices of flavor for frozen yogurt (only 5 or 6 comparing to over 15 in many other stores). Toppings are limited too. And both taste plain. In addition, the staff are not friendly either. Nobody in the store when I first walked in, and later a lady showed up but no greetings, just checked me out like a robot.

I ordered a cookie cake yesterday for my nephew’s birthday and they called me 2 hours before I was going to pick it up today to tell me that they are out of chocolate chip cookie batter and cannot make the cake. Really?! It’s Mrs. Fields cookies and you are out of chocolate chip batter! They offered other types, but for a bunch of 9 year old boys and don’t know what guests may have peanut allergies, other types were not really an option. Very disappointed and will not be returning and not recommending to friends and family. Took my business to Cookie Company instead. At least they have chocolate chip!

I love coming here every sunday. Its not crowded and good service. Today they didnt have a lot of flavors but overall its a good place to get yogurt!

I was hesitant to try the frozen yogurt because I had tried Menchies before and thought it was disgusting. I was pleasantly surprised that the yogurt and sorbet here is actually delicious. They also have a great variety of mixins.
I did however feel it was expensive. I didn’t even fill my cup and it was almost $ 7! They charge by weight.
I tried the Mrs. Field’s cookies and they were super fresh, soft, and delicious! They have a tiny variety of cookies but they did had my fav. (Macadamia Nut), so I was super happy!
I did notice they have gluten free cookies for anyone looking for gluten free stuff!

Came here to redeem my Mothers Day coupon for a free 6oz froyo with my daughter! Super sweet to have this to honor moms! Thank you, TCBY. I also got to use another coupon BOGO free for any purchase. My husband wanted a shake, so I got one too. The one I made was ok. It was cookies n cream. What you do is choose any froyo and pick any cookie for them to make the froyo drink. My husband loves peanut butter so I got him the vanilla & PB froyo. It was sooo much better than mine. I’m not much of a peanut butter lover as him. The only down side to my visit is seeing one of their staff handling cookies with her bare hands! Sorry, but I don’t know where those hands been and I definitely don’t want them in my cookies! :P Such a shame… I love Mrs Fields cookies! Please always always wear gloves when handling food and in the public eye of customers!
