It doesn’t look like much, but this food truck is a winner. I had the sliders and fries which were real tasty!

Really wanted a chicken basket. The guy told me to come back in 15 min because he had a bunch of orders and was busy. I came back later and the basket still wasn’t ready. I then lost all hope in my chicken basket, BUT TO MY SURPRISE they guy actually came out and personally delivered the chicken basket to me at my table and told me it was on him. I was basically in tears because I hadn’t eaten anything all day and it was 5pm. I then joked to my friends and said «dang, really wish he had brought sauce too.» I kid you not, a minute later he came back with SAUCE! Like he was Prof. Charles Xavier and just read my mind! My incredible hunger was instantly satisfied and I enjoyed the rest of the evening with my friends. Even paid him in the end because he was a sweetie.

Had a shrimp «rich boy». These guys gave me (and a bunch of other people I was with) fried shrimp on bread. No sauce, veggies, nothing. And it was in a bed of dry fries. Their jerk chicken tacos taste nothing like jerk and was dry as well. Not going back.

I hadn’t planned on going here, but as I was perusing the menu, the guy came out and made a claim that I had to test out.
«Best waffles in Houston» he said.
And it’s normally not something that I’d order, but with a claim like that, chicken and waffles please!
We tried a waffle place, Jupiter, in Sugar Land a few months ago, and it was just ok. My hubby said that to be charged that much for a waffle, it shouldn’t taste like you can make it at home.
With this truck? It was DELICIOUS! Hubby said it was the best waffle he has ever tasted.
Chicken was full of flavour and the dish was easily worth the $ 10, delicious, big portion, only thing we would prefer is thicker pieces of chicken.
But the dude was right, best waffles in Houston … And beyond!
