I started with a night stand. Then today I ordered my bed.
From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with kind hellos and felt welcomed. Kimberly remembered me from my first purchase and was very helpful with this one.
I love this store. You have the ability to create your own vision. From choosing the grain of wood, the stain and hardware. It’s all about you. No pressure to buy. I couldn’t imagine buying from someone else. What is amazing is the quality and number of choices you have. If it’s not on the floor it’s in their books.
This furniture is beautiful and will last forever. Something I can pass down to my nieces.

Wonderful store and top notch customer service! We chose The Amish Craftsman based on a friend’s recommendation and a store visit because we were impressed by the sales staff. My husband and I purchased a dining table and dining bench and visited the store twice before placing an order, and for each visit the staff was friendly, answered all our questions, and did not pressure us with gimmicks. Delivery was easy, on time, and the crew was the same professional associates we met at the store. Our set is gorgeous, wonderful quality, and absolutely worth the wait to have a custom piece made.

I have bought Amish furniture at a couple of the Amish shops in town. This one by far is my favorite. I ordered a special request, and they were able to quickly work with the builder and give me pricing. I asked for my piece to be of an unconventional piece of wood.
Great delivery, and this was as easy as it gets.
Is Amish furniture the best deal in town if you want a functional piece of furniture, no. It is for the person that wants to customize the whole process. You pick the design, the wood, the stain, and other custom features you want. It is priced close to Bassett and Ethan Allen. This furniture is all wood, and there is no particle board.

Beautiful furniture and furnishings, and while pricey, not really any more than you would pay anywhere for the quality. Dropped one star because our salesperson was a bit out of it. Maybe inexperience, hard to say.

I really couldn’t be more satisfied with the furniture we bought or the service we received at The Amish Craftsman. My husband and I picked out three pieces of furniture and added custom finishes to them so they would fit the space in our living room. Not only were we able to speak directly with the person who would be making our tables, but he also provided us with ideas to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The tables were delivered on time and the people who delivered them were friendly (and kind enough to help move our old furniture into another room).
A few weeks later, my husband decided he didn’t like the type of drawer pulls on the drawers, so we called up The Amish Craftsman to see how much it would cost to change them. Not only did they engage in numerous phone calls to address the concern, but they also sent someone over to come pick the tables back up so we wouldn’t have to bring them in. They ended up changing the pulls to something that was exactly what we were looking for and didn’t charge us a thing to do it.
At every turn, the staff there has been kind, professional, and willing to go out of their way to be sure we love our furniture. And on that topic, let me say that the tables they built are absolutely beautiful – the wood and the workmanship are top quality, well worth the cost, and the kind of furniture you can keep for years.
