I had a 6700 square-foot house infested with fleas. I called around to check availability and pricing from other pest control services. I chose Tony because he was able to come out the next day, and his price was comparable to the others. He was on time, sprayed the house, and used a growth regulator to interrupt the cycle. He sprayed the entire house inside and out, the garage, and even my car. He said if I saw any more fleas to call him back and he would spray again. After a week or so, I started seeing fleas again. I texted him about the problem. He and another guy came out the following day and blanketed the place. He then suggested I leave for a while to avoid the fumes. No more fleas after that! I think some of you are mistaking regional differences for hostility. Given his accent, he is probably from New York or somewhere in that area. I don’t think he’s a bad guy, just very direct. He even brought me bagels the second time.

Horrible business. Rude owner, shit employees that leave a mess, tear up your house, leave it reeking, only to have the pests come back, and no followup service. And the owner was a COMPLETE jackass when it came to trying to get him to honor his contract. I wish I had read the reviews here before contracting. STAYAWAY!

Steer clear from this business, please!!! The owner of this company smooth talks you telling you what you want to hear. Once he has your business, all goes downhill from there. The marketing funeral car is cute. That’s the only thing that merits the one star on this review. Otherwise, his chemicals ruin your appliances, the pests are still there, his excuses when he or his staff make false promises make your blood boil, and not that it matters, but his spelling, grammar, unprofessional form of expression, and letter/contract writing skills are so terrible, it’s a wonder he is still in business! This business is a joke. Keep looking… trust me.
