I had the buffet brunch/breakfast here for $ 26(yikes) and I was pleasantly surprised. I usually am very picky and as a Californian I am not easily impressed with Texas fare. I had an egg white omelet, all kinds of fresh fruits and veggies, and even some delicious bacon! I was happy and was able to deal with conferences the whole day from my great breakfast. The omelet station cook was very nice and even brought my omelet to my table for me. Very good service.

Taco soup was like pureed baby food. Cold to boot too. Sent it back and they still charged me.

It’s your typical Hilton lobby restaurant, land of the $ 16 cheeseburger. We went for dinner one night and dessert another and service was lackluster at best both times. The restaurant itself is pretty large, but they don’t have many sections open at night. Do not come here in a hurry, as they will frustrate you. Food is meh. With a Pappasitos down the hall, there’s no reason to eat here unless Pappasitos is full.

Sunday morning just wanted something in the hotel. Went downstairs for breakfast buffet. Scrambled eggs were runny, potatoes hard, food was cold. Manager comped our food which was good. Then we got into the car and went to papas burgers. Great!!!

Good food, and good service. Easily accomidated to a late arrival and had a very calm and relaxing environment. Everyone enjoyed their meals. It was a little pricey, but well worth it. My only regret is that I didn’t order the stawberry daiquiri our late arriver did. :)
