When trying to receive shipments, an insane handling fee is changed which the hotel «forgets» to talk about. Then another handling fee is changed when shipping things out. But the fee doesn’t actually cover the store sending packages anywhere. After a convention, a freight package was shipped out which had a $ 100+ fee, then when it wasn’t shipped a week later, the store was called, and we’re told that it was the customer’s responsibility to schedule a pickup. Very bad experience.
