Had a great pleasure of serving this church for a little bit, and it was a great church. Great pastor with excellent message and very welcoming community.
I left the church because I personally felt challenged in connecting with the congregation. Most of them are medical students or older married adults. The church is not for me, but I think it may be a great church for others.
Location is a bit tricky to find and intimidating if you never been. It is located in the Marriot Hotel in the Medical Center, right above Starbucks. After the service, they will hand out parking validation for the garage. They don’t pass out collection plates during service, rather, there is a donation box at the back of the room should you want to leave a tithe.
