I love my local Home Depot. The employees are friendly, knowledgable, and are willing to help or find someone who can. Today I stopped by to buy more xmas decorations. Although the displays were crammed with not a lot of room to move, everything was laid out in an easy to find manner. Everything else in the store was a quick stop for painting supplies and a gate latch. It looked like there was a good bit of clearance too. I could always look around for a long time, but my wife doesnt ahop like me when Im at Home Depot.

This is a smaller Home Depot store and it is a little more shabby than others but the customer service was spot on. I called looking for an item I found online and the associate confirmed it was in stock and held the item for me to pick up. Yeah!!! Happy to come back and our checkout cashier was very nice as well.

I’m standing in this home Depot at the moment. I have 4 employees running around looking for a magic chef convection oven that shows 8 in stock. Nobody seems to know where it’s at I walked around the store and every aisle for 3 times. Looking both up and down. Finally got to a manager that was making a key for a customer, the employee left me with her and said she can further assist me… I stood there and waited for 10 minutes. She didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. I spoke to a debbie, another lady who’s name starts with a c from cleaning dept, spoke to the appliance department, spoke to a marcus. to no avail everyone just wanted to dump me off to the next person. I didn’t see what was so hard about calling the back warehouse or calling someone in charge of the stocks to check or direct me in the correct dept. I left here to go to another home depot, at least the one I’m headed to never fails me to assist me with 100% good customer service

I live near this Home Depot and had a sour experie, fa the first time I went to buy weed killer and a weed whacker. No one was around or those who were didn’t care to help. But my adventure there today was a million times better. I wanted a few flowers to plant in baskets that hang from my roof. The salespeople in the outdoor garden were extremely helpful and more than happy to answer questions. I was greeted right away and found great deals on annual flower purchases. I left with enough flowers to fill the large box by my garage and for 6 hanging baskets for 25 dollars, that also includes a bag of garden soil. The cashier was really nice to chat with about my flower plans and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Hopefully I can keep these flowers alive…

We went shopping last Saturday. We asked around for help and we got all the support we needed. We have not been forced to buy anything or a special brand. The staff was very helpful and we got all the purchase and all the set up with in 2 hours. I cannot say other than: We left very satisfied.

Great variety of Christmas lights and outdoor decorations. We went to Lowe’s first on Black Friday and they were out of what we needed. Headed here and they were fully stocked. We found everything we needed $ 300 later. Still got a great deal for all we got. Ended up with an extra set of lights so came back a couple days later to return it and I was in and out within three minutes.

I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to do this. This has to be the worst Home Depot I’ve ever been to. I came in to get some mini blinds and I was in the store for over 30 mins and could not find Someone to help me out. They kept sending back and goth between different departments. I finally asked to speak to the MOD and he told me to wait for another 20mins before someone was able to help me out. All in all I was in the store for almost an house before I could get what I came in for. That is straight RIDICULOUS!

The guy name Fred wasn’t helpful at all. He shouldn’t be working here. I tried to buy a new faucet so it can fit with my water treatment system adapter. He said«he wouldn’t m try it because if he broke it would I buy it? So hell no I’m not gonna let u try u just buy it and do it yourself at home» People are not nice here don’t come here!

I love this Home Depot. The cashiers are always friendly and everybody working here really wants to help out. We had an expensive plant that had died but couldn’t find the reciept – we just had its HD price tag. No problem, they took it and refunded the money on our credit card. No guilting, no questiong – just smiling friendly helpful faces. We’ve also found the nursery to have healthier variety than other Home Depots nearby. This has become our go-to Home Depot.

Worst costumer service by African cashiers ! Really why a cashier will ask you about how much money you are about to spend on a item, is she paying for it don’t think so, and attitude towards you no way, note: we saw this attitude towards Hispanic costumers only !

Great Home Depot! The Asian guy in the paint department is so nice! I went in not really knowing what I was looking for(just the name), and after futile searching I decided to let my pride go and ask for help. I think they called him Chino? He just typed in the name I was after and zip, knew what to do. Mixed some stuff together and VOILA! A masterpiece quart of exactly what I needed. I know I a few more Home Depot things, so this is where I’ll be!

THD rocks… This store is fabulous and after over TWO years of having 25 stone pavers, the store manager graciously allowed me to exchange them for store credit… Which I happily used to purchase concrete stain! Great store, great products and best of all are the staff who truly care!
