I was disappointed in The Perfect Face(TPF). My best friend got married and we used TPF for our hair and makeup. There were 11 of us total — 8 bridesmaids, 2 mothers, plus the bride. They sent two artists and one hair assistant. First, of the three people they sent — only 1 arrived on time. At the end, there was supposed to be one hour for«touch-ups» and we didn’t end up getting this because they were running late. I didn’t even have my eyelashes done by a make-up artist(the hair assistant had to help) because they were running so far behind. Basically, they didn’t allocate enough time for each girl which was made worse as they were running behind schedule. I will say those that had their makeup/hair done with the senior artist looked AWESOME and perfect(seriously she was amazing). However, everyone else who didn’t use the senior artist looked average at best. I honestly could have done a better job on the make-up myself… I had a «line» from the airbrush foundation on my neck. I asked for more gold colors on my eyes and ended up with very dark browns. To top it off, my eyelashes were falling off by the end of the night. If you want to use The Perfect Face make sure you schedule MORE time than you need(even if it costs extra) or you may end up unhappy with the end result. Also, ONLY book a senior artist. The other artists and hair assistant(s) are a joke and a total waste of money.

I just worked with Danielle on a huge photo shoot. This woman is a powerhouse and does amazing work. Very professional, and very talented and personable. Our models looked incredible, fresh, elegant, and gorgeous, from 8 am until past midnight. I loved everything she came up with! She did a great job.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Danielle. I participated in a group session for pageant and stage makeup application lessons. Without a doubt, my money spent on Danielle and The Perfect Face was the best money I spent while prepping for my pageant. I have learned so much from Danielle and I absolutely love the cosmetics I purchased during my session. I would literally fly cross country to learn from her again. I will be hiring Danielle in the future — whether it be for another lesson, a special event, or even my own wedding. My experience with her was phenomenal and she was so professional! Loved her, loved the products, loved it all!

I made the mistake of looking into this company for my wedding hair & makeup. The artist comes to you(which they make it sound like a good thing, but in reality it’s bc they don’t have an actual salon…). I was very clear when telling them my wedding date. Since I am a very careful person, I made sure to ask MULTIPLETIMES if they had a senior artist available for my wedding date. Once I found that they told me they did, I went ahead and hired them for my trial session(that cost around $ 300…). Now let’s be logical here— if I have a trial, wouldn’t I want to have the hair and makeup trial with the same artist that would be available for my actual wedding date? Well, even though that is stating the obvious, since I am «careful», I asked them multiple times to make sure that the same artist that was doing my trial would be the same one that would do my wedding(should I choose to hire them, once I approved the trial, which is the whole point of a trial, right?)… So the artist comes and does my hair and my makeup. She comes in the afternoon, so by the time she finishes my trial hair and makeup, it is after 5pm. I looked in the mirror, I was fine with what I saw, so I asked to fill out whatever paperwork I needed to fill out to go ahead and hire her. She said that the artists don’t carry the contracts on them, but that she would email it to me first thing in the morning to confirm everything. So the next day, morning comes and goes… by the time it was my lunch break, I was curious as to why I had not heard from them yet. I tried calling, and got the run-around a couple of times. A bit later, I finally found out that the artist that did my trial just hours before was NOT available for my wedding… I was trying to stay calm, but the«secretary» was so rude to me that it was hard to stay calm. I told her that I was very clear that if at any point before my trial if the artist was not available for my wedding then they should cancel the trial or send someone else(I had it written in emails as well), but before my trial they had me sign a contract that basically said that no artist was confirmed until I hired them for my wedding. I TRIEDTOHIRETHEARTISTTHEMOMENTMYTRIALWASOVER… but she said she didn’t carry contracts on her, so how is that my fault!!! They said that at some point in the morning she got hired for another wedding… So now I just spent $ 300 for no reason! I asked to speak to the owner, DANIELLE… she was no help and was rude and completely unapologetic. She only offered me a non-experienced newcomer that was only available for couple of hours on my wedding date(not even enough time to do my bridesmaids makeup), and said that I would have to pay again for another trial if I wanted it… I WASDISGUSTEDATTHELACKOFHONORANDCUSTOMERSERVICE— ABSOLUTELYAPPALLED at how little she cared. THISPLACESCAMMEDME and didn’t care that they stressed me out while this was supposed to be a wonderful wedding experience. TERRIBLEBUSINESSTACTICS! I ended up going with another company– Blush and Co, for my hair and makeup, and they were absolutely wonderful, both with their talent and their service.
