I can only tell you as a 50+ female, the last thing I want to do is exercise. But, the Train Station has made it fun. Dolores is amazing. She has been my trainer for over two years, now, and makes it challenging and fun. Her knowledge and sense of humor encourage me to want to work out. It’s important to lift weights and strengthen my core at my age. I feel better as a result! Thank you, Train Station!

Before I moved out to California, I loved working out at The Train Station. The gym itself is so clean and inviting, and the equipment is brand new. Kelsey trained me, and she kicked my butt! If they recommend a 30-minute workout, it’s for a reason: you ONLY need 30 minutes to burn the undesired fat, get the necessary cardio, and tone up your muscles! I am so sad that I am no longer living near The Train Station, but I highly recommend it to anyone who is ever looking for a great gym and great trainers to work with.

The Train Station is terrific! I’ve been a client since 2007 and the amazing trainers would recommend it to anyone looking for personal training in the museum district area. I’ve been working out with my mom in dual sessions and it’s a great way for us to catch up while getting fit!

the train station offers just what a personal trainer should: a comfortable and inviting space for pushing yourself to greater and stronger lengths. personalized workouts and tracking based around personal goals combined with sincere motivation, continued challenge and the kindness of trainers as well as fellow clients makes the train station my favorite place to be twice a week.

Low-key but high-end gym with excellent trainers who understand your exact wants and needs. The facility is beautiful and clean with a wide variety of machines and weights. Everyone is polite and friendly. I absolutely love it.

I absolutely loved working out at the Train Station! Kim and Liz are fabulous, as are everyone else at the gym. It is truly a great place for women to cross train, Pilates, weights, strength exercises, cardio room, massage, etc etc. I would highly recommend the Train Station to any woman looking for high quality personal training in Houston!

I have been a client at the Train Station for over a year and a half. I love this place! All the trainers are super knowledgeable, they care about their clients and they push us(without going crazy!) I came here because I was getting back into shape after back surgery, and they have worked with me to get me strong and moving. It has been wonderful! Not only I feel much healthier, I also lost fat weight, got tone, and have«me time»… I love it. Now at 8 months pregnant, I can totally see the benefits of a strong core, I would have never made it this far in my pregnancy before I started working out here. No pain in my back, lots of energy after workouts and people who really care about me.
