The UPS Store

I sent a perishable package by overnight mail, paying $ 74. The next day, the tracking info didn’t show that the package had left the UPS store. When I called, I was told by the assistant manager that he would check on it and call me back. He didn’t. I called the store again and they informed me that my package was lost.
The package mysteriously showed up in the tracking system 48 hours later and was delivered. The UPS website states it has a guarantee for on-​time shipping. I called the UPS corporate customer service to process the refund, but they wouldn’t do it. They said that the tracking info shows that the store didn’t hand the package over to them when I dropped it off, but 24 hours later.
Basically, I have a time stamped receipt for when I dropped the package off. The store didn’t give it to a driver until the NEXT day. The store is giving me a hassle now about processing the refund. I will not go back.

Got in and out easily. Staff was very kind and helpful. I came at lunchtime. Location was very clean and neatly organized.

I came here at 6:55 pm, the doors were locked and the lights off. Not sure what time they close, but it’s not 7.

I often come here a few times a month to mail my personal packages and EBay packages, when I get fed up with the FedEx location at the George R Brown convention center. There is easy parking right in front of the location making it easy to tote in all your boxes. Sometimes there is a wait and a few people in line but the staff is friendly and helpful.

I came by to get something notarized, they didn’t have anyone onsite at that moment, the service lady was so kind and called around other store and found one for me that have one onsite. I really appreciate her service (I had a horrible day up to that point). Thanks!

Very frustrated that there was no self service for FAXing or photocopying, so having to depend the only staff member present made a quick, simple task get drawn out into a laborious, time-​consuming trial.

The service is impeccable here. Even if there is a long line and they are short on staff, they make a great effort to be attentive and take care of each customer. I’ve never had to spend too long at this UPS location. It’s how a city location should work.

This is a good store, they had been reliable all times until today when they seem to have lost one of my packages, it is way too difficult to file a complain or a search for it because everything has to go through their «account».
The staff was nice with my situation but it depends on who you find here, today I got good service from the lady in charge she was very helpful.

Quick, efficient. Right near Ibiza. Kind of hard parking because of Ibiza’s valet situation.
Parking lot can be entered off of Smith right before crossing McGovern, on McGovern, or off of Louisiana right after McGovern.

This place it what it is. The staff is friendly and always works diligently. Hardly ever a wait time and I have had no problems with these guys over the years. As long as they smile and give me straight answers, I’ll keep doing business here.

The customer service here is good. We had trouble returning our cable box to AT&T (no surprise there). They were helpful and patient, and eventually got on the phone and fixed the problem.

So, I’ve been shipping a lot of stuff lately and yes, it’s a UPS Store. What can you expect?
Well that’s exactly it. You don’t expect much and when you get service with a smile and helpful individuals behind the counter, you leave with a smile on your face.
The employees at this store were really helpful and even opened up the store 15 minutes early on a Saturday when they saw me chillin’ outside with a box.
Kudos for not making me dread returning all of my as seen on TV gimmick items!
