I have been going here for the last three years and everyone is really helpful. I always have a good experience each time. Their office is nice and very clean. They have a good selection of frames and my glasses are always ready within an adequate amount of time. Won’t go anywhere else!

Apparent miscommunication with Dr. Rippey’s office personnel was rectified when Dr. Rippey contacted me personally.
Dr. Rippey is an excellent Optometrist and provides superior quality professional eye care.

Dr. Rippey and her associates are a PHENOMenal team. I highly recommend them to ANYONE! First, she is a University of Houston alum (Go Coogs!) and very active with the university. She and her staff are very prompt, excellent about following up, and answering any questions you may have. I have been with Dr. Rippey for about 3 years and all 3 have been wonderful. Once, my glasses were fitting improperly, I took them back to the office and the guy adjusted the frames right then and there. Another pair of glasses arrived scratched, they had them sent back and done right without an additional charge. Seriously, if you are looking for a great eye doctor, go here.

I’ve only been a customer here for a short while but I am a fan. Dr. Valazquez is very personable and nice! I brought my BF here as well and he liked it too.
Not a very long wait, nice facilities and very nice people.
We only went for an annual eye exam so I can’t say too much about in depth specifics but we will return next year.

I was nervous going here without very many reviews, but I had a pretty good experience. Dr. Rippey was great. She was very nice, understanding, and good at explaining things as she was doing them. She spent an adequate amount of time in the exam room and made sure all my questions were answered. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. I now regularly go here for all my eye needs.

The front desk personnel is polite but not very responsive when speaking to them.
Dr. Valasico (?) was very nice and patient with my child. They have very modern eye machines from beginning to end.

Other than the fact that the Dr. Rachel Rippey is great at what she does this place is horrible. I ordered glasses and they told me it would take 2 weeks. a month went by and nothing, I called them and they said they forgot to call me and tell me they were on back order. I told them to cancel my order because I need glasses to see not just to play around with this is serious medical needs. The lady on the phone promised me that she would have them there in 2 days and nothing. I went there to cancel my order and they had them ready. I had to use them since I dont have any glasses and the ones they ordered are UGLY. If you want to look like ugly betty and wait for moths for a pair of glasses then this is your place. I will NEVER again go back. Even if they offered to replace or give me my money back I will never go back again.
