Don’t buy anything here: goods or services. Prices are excessive. They are selling a CR2032 3V battery, which you can buy for less than $ 2 elsewhere, for $ 15!
And the guy claims they are charging market prices!

When I dropped off my watch to get fitted I was told it would be 10 bucks if I paid cash. When I picked it up they told me it was 15 and if I paid 10 it was a deal. When I got home I realized that they did not line up the links and the pin wasn’t holding the links together. When I called back and told them about my problem they told me that they don’t do that kind of work.

I actually had a great experience here. I went with a Skagen watch, per the recommendation of two employees at the nearby Kay jewelry store. It took about fifteen minutes to size the watch to my hand since it was a model they didn’t carry. It cost me $ 10 and they did a fantastic job. Also, I was told if I kept my receipt and needed it resized later, they’d do it for free.
Also, I think you can negotiate prices on watches here because while I was waiting, I saw another guy come and buy four watches for his groomsmen and he got them at 25% off after the salesman originally offered only 10% off. So don’t be afraid to ask for a better deal.
Overall, I’d definitely go back here if I needed a watch resized or couldn’t find a better than 25% off deal online.

I had a watch battery replaced in a Sector, which was very hard to find someone to replace the battery for. The service here is extremely friendly, and they replace your battery while you wait — or in my case, they give you a time to come back and get your watch.
My big compliant here is the fact that it cost way too much and it did take them more time than necessary to replace the battery, which should have taken less than 5 minutes. Less than two weeks later, the watch died. I can’t be sure it had anything to do with this business, but very suspicious nonetheless.
Just because you have a kiosk in the Galleria doesn’t mean you get to charge Armani prices.
