Horrible service, they over charged me and then lied about it. Did not realize what they did until later, but totally dishonest and really rude on top of it. Do not recommend.

FOODPOISONING! ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELYDONOTEATHERE!!!(Memorial City Mall location) I started to order the teriyaki beef from the adjacent place, but I chose Master Wok because they had lo mein noodles. This was approximately 1pm on 5÷11÷15. I should have ordered the fresh food from the place next door. This morning, I had to pull over on the road twice to puke. I have been weak in bed all day. I can’t keep anything down or in me(yuck — poo). My body aches. My head is pounding from consistently vomiting. My diet today consists of crackers, Sprite, soup, Excedrin, and nausea pills. I called Master Wok and spoke with Julie. She claimed she was the manager then stated she was the assistant manager after she told me to come in tomorrow to speak with her and the manager tomorrow morning. DONOTEATHERE! I won’t ever do that again. My husband ate next door, never sampled my food, and he’s perfectly fine.

This review is for Master Wok at MEMORIALCITYMALL… absolutely horrible customer service. Will never eat here again. Fist and last time. Food is just ok. The owner lady was there and threw my change at me only because I asked a question about food and pricing. Not to mention when I was asking she proceeded to interrupt me. I asked her politely to please let me speak. I guess she didn’t like that. Needless to say she walked away talking about me in her native language. «No wonder the place next door has a ling line…» is what I told her. Buh Felicia.

FOODPOISONINGALERT !!! Went to this place after arriving in town. I had nothing else to eat that day so I know this has to be where I got it. Spent the next day in the ER with severe dehydration due to vomiting and diarrhea. I would not put myself at risk by eating there again. Several other have said they have gotten sick as well. Thank God I didn’t give any of it to my child. I know its mall food but you still expect something clean and safe to eat. I have been around the world, even the third world, and had never gotten sick like this. Eat at your own risk.

Your typical mall Chinese place, but I must say, the Hot & Spicy Chicken was awesome!

If you’re starving and wondering through the Galleria, trying to find a decent meal can be a bit overwhelming. I circled the food court and decided to gave the guys at the very end a chance. My expectations were low and I was hungry. I ordered the General’s Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, noodles, and rice. I was curious if a pork-something-or-other that they had was any good and I asked the lady behind the counter. She gave the expected ‘yeah it good’, but them gave me a ladle and a half in my carry out container to give it a try. The container was the typical white Styrofoam calm shell that you see everywhere; for $ 6.50 I couldn’t close the lid because it was so full. The food was surprisingly good, and the quantity and price were great! They didn’t have ice tea, so I ended up going down to Chick-Fil-A and getting a large tea and abused the privilege of free refills.

Is it wrong that I love mall Chinese food? I look forward to eating here when I go to the Galleria! I’m not Chinese and I don’t go to the Chinatown Chinese restaurants. So, I’m fine with ‘westernized Chinese food.’ The eggs rolls here are the BEST in town. I hate those tiny spring rolls you get at many Chinese restaurants. I love the big egg rolls here. I also really like the BBQ chicken(it’s not Texas BBQ, it’s a light sweet sauce). The chicken could be better quality(it is fatty in parts). The fried rice is really good. I’m totally a Master Wok fan and this is the only place I eat in the food court.

Again, another one of those Americanized Chinese food places that don’t have much to offer when one is used to eating in Chinatown. The prices are the same as what you would find in Chinatown, but it’s just way too American. The typical menu items are what you would find in a Chinese buffet. Really, not much to offer.

See, I can’t give a place less than 3 stars if I don’t like it but I keep going back. The sauces on the food actually are quite good. Now the breaded chicken that they serve is a tiny tiny piece of chicken surrounded by what has the taste and consistency of airy styrofoam. I mean, what do you expect, it is cheap Chinese food in a mall.
