This is my usual Starbucks that I go to due to me working at Neiman Marcus. For the most part the service is excellent, occasionally you will have a new person who is a little slow. The lines do get long due to all of the 2700 and the Williams Tower people going there for coffee, so if you plan on getting something from here I highly suggest that you Mobile Order everything.

Customer services and drink quality really need improvement. Especially with an important location like this, my expectations was higher. But staff really didn’t have any energy as well as the attentions to the drink and their customers.

Starbucks is pretty awesome. This location is inside the Galleria Mall next to Neiman Marcus. I only gave them 3-​stars because there is always a long line & it moves very slowly. The staff doesn’t seem to be in a hurry. It’s almost like, «Well, you’re at the elite Starbucks. So, if you want great, strong coffee, then you’ll just have to wait.» They need to find a better system to move things along quicker. Sometimes, I just walk away & get my hot cup of joe elsewhere.
One great thing is the Starbucks rewards card! You get one star each time you make a purchase. After 5-​stars, you get free refills in the store and a free item (coffee or food) on your birthday. After that, you need 25 more stars to reach Gold.
This location, like most I’ve been to, was very clean… just extremely busy.

My white mocha with coconut milk is always very good. I came here to buy gift cards a few times, the cashier is always very fast. The line is very long but it only means good business.

They literally have the lowest quality of customer service here.
I don’t really care to rate big corporate own places especially places like starbucks nor unless I had an awful experience I don’t like to leave a negative review but this starbucks has the slowest service.
The guy at the register taking orders was nice but there were four others in the bar making drinks and they are just talking to each other moving very slowly.
I ordered green tea lemonade which is super easy and fast to make — ice, green tea mix, lemonade mix and shake. That’s it! Took them close to ten minutes to get that done. I had to ask for my drink. I can tell that they are disorganized because people that ordered after me for drinks before me.
Seriously? And the drink tastes like water.
I’m over this location. Avoid it.

If you know me you know I am a fan of coffee so I has to try the starbucks in the galleria mall in Houston. My coffee was fine but the service was .eh. ok. Not the customer service I am used too in Oklahoma. You tell the barriesta what you want give them your name then go to the end to pay. Coffee was great. Service… could have been better!

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Drinks constantly made wrong. Baristas too busy joking around and talking to each other instead of taking care of the line of drinks.

Worst Starbucks ever! They take forever!!! The line can be wrapped around and they are moving at the slowest pace imaginable. Even if there are only 2 people in line it’ll still take at least 10 minutes. If you want Starbucks before work you have to plan in advance. It’s quicker to go to the one across the street. They need more people that have a sense of urgency if they want to make more money

This location is always crowded. Be prepared to wait 2x or even maybe 3x your usual wait time. They really need to get more staff here. There’s literally only two Starbucks «booths» in the entire mall. There’s also very limited seating, so be prepared to get your order and go. The staff is pretty friendly (a little too friendly, probably contributes to the ridiculous wait time) and it’s a pretty standard Starbucks.

This rating isn’t for Starbucks in general, I like Starbucks as much as anyone else! This rating is for this particular location.
This store and the other one in the mall are incredibly slow before and after ordering your drink. I could probably go from the back of the line here to the Starbucks across the street, get my drink there, and come back and it would still be faster than waiting here.
We have never actually made it to the counter to order here. If the line doesn’t move after a couple minutes or there’s a crowd of 20 people waiting around the drink claim area we give up. Fortunately, there is a Starbucks every second block in this area so its still simple to get the fix when the craving sets in.

Great Starbucks but always busy, but we wait and wait and wait because of our addiction to their outstanding products. The staff here works very hard and somehow they maintain a great attitude and give great customer service.
I laugh at most of the reviews that are less than flattering because although they complaint they will return to this location or any Starbucks location where they can get their fix.

Im not a coffee sipper so I couldn’t say much about their coffee nor their drinks. I soften go to any starbucks for meetings/​craigslist transactions … This starbucks seems to be ALWAYS on the move, busy busy with customers. They seem not to miss a beat. I give them three stars because they are consistently busy and don’t miss a beat!

five stars for customer service & yummy coffee. the girl reloaded my gold card after some confusion and was friendly and cute about it.
0 stars for the wait and the wait and wait. it took FOREVER. if they’re THAT busy, they should really expand. i felt like i was in soviet russia waiting for bread.

the seating area is super cute and i would have given props for it if it wasn’t OVERFLOWING with people at 1030 am on a Tuesday morning.
