Me and a friend went there to get a cookie cake for another friend on his birthday and we were really impressed by the designs on display so we picked one and asked them to just do a crown instead of a flower. She said the wait’s an hour and I was like okay yeah that’s understandable. Was the design even close to being as nice as the one we picked? No. The crown didn’t even look like a crown we had to tell him that’s a crown. Yes it was a really good cookie but honestly I had better expectations for the wait and the price. I was gonna go back for Mother’s Day because one of the Mother’s Day designs caught my eye but now I know it’s not gonna look the same when I order it. Honestly I’d rather get a normal cake from a different place it’ll definitely look better.

This place reminded me of Mrs. Fields back in California. Cookies taste good, however they are not fresh. A bit crusty and hard and cold. Got the buy 5 get one free and 6 mini chocolate chip cookies Chocolate chip w/pecans — good Triple chocolate — good Sugar cookie — good Snicker doodle — good chocolate chip — good peanut butter w/chocolate chip — best one in my opinion I feel like the cookies would taste even better fresh. Service was fast and the staff was patient with my ordering.

This place always hooks it up with icing in between the double trouble! It goes well with Thristys smoothies.

I ordered a cookie cake for my coworkers birthday via Nestle’s online ordering process. I went to pick it up at the time I’d specified and it was waiting for me. The worker opened the box so I could verify the icing design and text were correct. It was! Everything was to a T with this order. Parking can be a beast at the Galleria, but today it was pleasantly manageable! There are 2 Nestle locations in the Galleria. This one is just inside the garage — facing the ice skating rink, it’s a few shops down from Rainforest Café.

Stopped by to get a cookie. I had the pecan chocolate chip and my wife had a slice of cookie cake. Booth were good and a nice break from walking through this huge mall. This is a kiosk on the lower level.

I went to the one on the first floor of the Galleria. The chocolate chip cookies weren’t what I had remembered from the location on the Riverwalk in S.A. they were tough & chewy, not soft & fresh, like they’d been sitting there all day. Tropical Sunset smoothie tasted very artificial couldn’t finish it. One guy that helped me was real nice & at least smiled, the other made it obvious he was unhappy to be working there and scowled at me when I was paying.

Located by the skating rink(in the food court) of Galleria 1. They have huge cookies that you can have decorated for different occasions. The people who work there are pretty odd. Some are nice and others are weird. Today I purchased two cookies(for $ 3 and some change). I gave the lady a $ 10 bill and she asked me if I needed change. Who tips over $ 6 to a cookie counter for a $ 3 bill?! I had to ask her again how much my cookie was and she told me $ 3 and I said«um yes, I need my change». The cookies are hit and miss. Sometimes they are too gooey. There are definitely better ways to ingest lots of calories… Give this place a miss.
