Came here for lunch today. Good service, good food, can’t complain. Only negative thing I have to say is they need to work on proportion with the meat.

We’ve always gotten good, quick service and they’re great for to-go orders, which we’ve done a few times. I love the tostadas, but my husband isn’t thrilled with the restaurant; he’s gotten the menudo and been pleased on more than one occasion. We’ve also enjoyed the tacos al pastor; they weren’t greasy. My brother-in-law has said very nice things about the enchiladas, as well. I really just wish they’d bring back that lovely cilantro salsa that they used to have with the chips. It was 1⁄3 of why I like the place.

GOOD food, so so service. We sat down and it took about 15 minutes for them to give us our menus and take our drink order. A lady came and dropped off some salsa at our table but no chips! Then when we finally asked the lady said she would bring us some. Waited about 10 minutes until we finally stopped a waitress and asked. She told us it would be $ 1 since they charge for chips before 11am(first time it was ever mentioned). They brought us some shortly after. With all that aside it seemed like more employees were rolling in as we were eating and the service got better. I ordered the enchiladas norteñas and they were delicious! My mom ordered a burrito and it was also delicious! Prices are not bad either. Would definitely come back again! If you do decide to try this place out be prepared to wait but it’ll be worth it!

Love this place. FOODISSODELISH. Chips and cheese are always on point and one of my family’s favorite snacks. It is sometimes pricey but it’s totally worth it. Love that they care to maintain the place clean and also they’re quick to handle my order.

Man this place has big roaches climbing the walls while you eat. Then management go’s behind the cashiers counter and grabs a huge can of raid to spray the roach, all in front of customers… no shame! I’ll never go again!!!

Oh my. Huge tostadas. I ordered 2 of them and each one had its own to go box. I ordered some trompo tacos too but they were so greasy. Otherwise all good.

This place is great! I’ve been twice so far and very very satisfied with both my experiences. The prices are extremely reasonable and you get soooo much food!(especially for breakfast!) Having lived in Monterrey for 6 months studying abroad, I would say this is very similar to the authentic Monterrey street cuisine. Both the salsas that come with the chips are delicious! But beware, they are spicy. But the most amazing part is that they actually have TROMPO! Trompos is so delicious! I would recommend any of their dishes that are Trompo dishes. Trompo is so hard to find in the US. Five stars for having Trompo!

Comida rica a buen precio! Platos para niños están ricos también. Food is great and cheap. Kids plates are also good.

I really wanted to eat a torta and I found this place on Unilocal. It had 4 stars so we figured it’s gotta be a winner. We walked in to a pretty packed place… It was a Sunday afternoon and the Texans were playing. My boyfriend and I ordered the lemonade to drink. It was delicious and tasted really fresh! Not too tart or sweet… I ordered a torta and my boyfriend got the tacos. We noticed that there were a lot of tostadas being delivered and maybe thought we should’ve ordered one of those. They are not stingy with their portions! Meat was overflowing on to the plates. They also give chips and 2 kinds of salsa one is like a roasted chipotle kind which was pretty spicy and the other was a green tomatillo one which I really liked! Also they have 2 bottles of hot sauce on the tables for your food! BEWARE! They look like ketchup and mustard bottles the red one contained lava! Literally it was bright red orange and super duper spicy! The yellow bottle has a green sauce which was also spicy but not as lethal. Overall pretty good place… I’m still on the hunt for an Amazing torta though…

I have been here many times but I have never written a review before. I want to love this place but I just can’t. The food is ok but not better than most taco trucks or restaurants in the neighborhood. I went because of the Tuesday kids eat free special. I order my dish and ask the waiter if my sons plate would be free. I just shrugged his shoulders and said no. I reminded him of the big sign they have outside and then he mumbled something inaudible and gave the the children’s menu. He didn’t explain to me that my plate would have to be over $ 6.50 in order for my son to eat free. I only realized it when I saw the fine print on the ad. When the bill came I noticed they charged me the child’s plate, and my plate cost me $ 6.25. I would have been nice if the waiter had explained the«kids eat free» promo while I was ordering, so I left no tip. The three stars is because the food could be better, like karanchos or taqueria Monterrey is.

So glad to see one in the neighborhood. Good and cheap. Notice someone gave this place one star without visiting. What an ignoramus.

Simply amazing. The portions are huge and the service is phenomenal. I ordered the Tostadas de Bistek, a must have if you’re coming here for the tostadas. The Bistek had a nice tender taste too it and the morsel of lettuce, cheese, sour cream and beans were evenly distributed throughout the giant tostada. Our food came out hot and fresh. The dining room was very clean and the place always has a good crowd regardless of the time or day. The meals are simple easy on your wallet and worth a visit!

Excellent and super spicy salsas! I tried the enchiladas nortenas, but should’ve ordered a tostada instead. The enchiladas weren’t dry, a bit moist, but I wasn’t a fan of the red sauce. Again, the salsas are excellent.
