I wish I had found reviews on before signing a contract with this company. They are as bad as the other users on that site has complained about. My issue with them revolves around their poor customer service. Towards the end of my contract they back billed me for a mistake on their part for doublecrediting me on a discount(which is apparently allowable by law — but still feels like terrible customer service). After reaching out to them 3+ times for issues, they would respond by saying someone would call me back — but never did. They claimed they sent me information in the mail(even though I am a paperless customer), via email, via voicemail — and I never once received communication from them(other than a monthly bill, of course). So I never knew that my contract was expiring and would default to a month-to-month bill which would undoubtedly increase rates. They truly are a shady company with the one of the worst customer service experiences I have seen in a long time. Hopefully I can save you some time, frustration, and stress.
