Last night I broke my my glasses and I went to the mall this morning not knowing what I was getting into. I saw a sign outside that said walk ins welcome and I proceeded to go in and see if they could give me an eye exam and I was so blown away by the warm and friendly staff. They were busy but assured me I would be seen. Within 15 minutes I was taken to the back to have my eye exam. They made me feel welcome and at ease. The doctor was really polite and answered all my questions and the staff was extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely return when I run out of contacts!

The staff and the doctor were very polite, helpful and efficient. The receptionist even printed out my insurance card without me even asking. Instead of sitting in the waiting room you can look at possible frames next door and a staff member will walk over to get you when you are ready. I felt the doctor was patient and very knowledgeable during my eye exam. I would recommend anyone going. Last thing, when I went to pay, the receptionist did make a mistake and charge an incorrect amount on my debit card. However, she apologized and quickly fixed the problem. No business is perfect but when a problem arises it’s all about how the problem is handled and fixed. Great place. Try it!
