Verizon Wireless

After I got screwed by my previous cell phone provider (I don’t want to say the name to give them free publicity), I vow to find a reliable mobile phone and data service provider. I asked some of my Unilocal friends. My conclusion… Verizon Wireless is the choice.
I have been window-​shopping at this Verizon Wireless store for months. I wish there was a store near my house, so I could make thorough decision during my days off. Instead, I use my lunchtime to shop. After months of researching for the type of flip phone and tablet to get, Edgar (the resolution specialist, aka salesman) told me that I could trade in my old smart phone for $ 100. «Yeah right,» I thought. So I spent another 2 hour searching for the real rebate value. I ignored it. There was no way for anyone to give me that much money for an outdated phone.
You know me, I’m a Mobile Addict. I must get a latest Android phone. But I said, «no way» to hold a brick with my fragile hand. Thank goodness to Samsung’s recent US release — Galaxy Core Prime. After hours of researching online, I found out this phone was already popular in Europe and India for few years. So, I’m ready.
I felt a little embarrassed as I walked in. I had an odd feeling that staff were betting on me not buying again (I came here more often than my check-​ins). Jeffrey greeted me, «I’ve seen you before.» Ha!
Every time I was at the store, Jeffrey has been really helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services. This really put me at ease of talking to him about my situation. He understood my concerns and needs. I have no complaint about other sales reps. I just know Jeffrey will take care of me.
He reminded me about the phone trade-​in offer and port-​in incentive. The trade-​in rebate was real as he verified a few times. I’ve got $ 200, which paid off my new phone on the Edge Plan. Plus, I got $ 100 in rebate value for next few months of service charges. Not sure how long this offer lasts, I’ve been telling my friends about this incredible experience. This type of service is not possible in a contracted store aka authorized dealer.
At last, I have a shout-​out to my Unilocal friends Hashim A, Afkham N and Eddie S. They all recommended highly of Verizon Wireless. And few quick tips: Screen protector is not refundable. Make sure you take advantage of the 14 days grace period to test everything out.
