This is one busy store. The inconsistent customer service is a major turn off for me. I’ve been coming here for years. From checking on a new phone to getting a prepaid phone, I had good days when they attended me so quickly. Until my recent displeasure from T-Mobile, which I made my mind on switching cell phone provider. Last month, I went to the store to ask a simple question. Oh boy, a service agent failed miserably. My question was, «I had $ 6 left on my prepaid phone a week ago. I turned off the phone 6 days ago. So, if I turn the phone back on now, what is my balance today?» He answered, «zero.» A week later, I turned on the phone to test with a call and a text. My balance was $ 4. Okay, I just spent $ 2 to prove him wrong. Beware: They don’t have a check-in system to acknowledge that you exist. I found the cutest, hippest or hottest young people get served before me. Uh huh, just watch this old fart taking his cell phone money to Verizon or AT&T.

Totally incompetent! Paid my phone bill the DAYBEFORE it was due, in person, right? Woke up to no phone service, missed a VERY important phone call. Turns out, my phone was disconnected for a 10 cent picture message… and my phone doesn’t even receive picture messages. HUH?! Someone dropped the ball, no one wanted to take responsibility for it. Clearly, I’m taking my business elsewhere, and I’d advise anyone if you have a choice between these clowns and ANYONE else, go somewhere else! Idiots!
