Same two employees which don’t know what they are doing w/​iPhones. First experience w/​new 5 — they extracted my info & transferred all onto my new 5 duplicating photos by the hundreds as well as losing music– girl there changed my setting re; mail which changed my accounts & where my business mail went which in turn once sinked on laptop switch all as well
. Went back — not only does she not reminder but denies ever going to my setting & changing anything at all. Changes she made happened to not be reversible via phone now — just fyi, do not ask them for info or advise re; i5!!!
