I went in to kill time before lunch at the tea room. From the moment I walked in I was ambushed by the staff. I didn’t even make a half loop around the store before they approached me again and asked what I had found to buy. I waked out. I can’t stand to be followed thru a store and have an employee comment on every single item I look at. They are overpriced and over bearing.

This boutique has nice items. However, I felt very uncomfortable. The sales rep was not very welcoming. There was a huge difference from how she addressed other patrons and me. I am African American. She went out of her way and left from behind the counter to assist other customers. She didn’t even smile at me. I had to keep going back to ask her questions. I told her I was looking for a gift for my mother and was kind of «stumped» on what to get her. She nodded and looked away. Another customer walked in and she greeted them with a smile, and actually showed her various items and gave suggestions. She just left my daughter and me standing there. I will never go back to this store again. The location on 59 and Buffalo Speedway has better customer service. It’s never good to judge a book by its cover. My budget for my mother’s gift was $ 300 and they lost my business due to this sales rep unkind and discriminatory behavior.

This is a great little boutique style shop. Lots of Brighton, Pandora and Vera Bradley. They also have a nice selection of clothes and shoes. All the ladies that work there are super friendly. They offer assistance but let you browse without following you around. I enjoy this store!

I like looking at all the items they have. They have a ton of workers who swarm when you enter. They want to tell you about the sales… All of them. It is great, but please let me look. I have two items in my hands and they want to make a room for me. I am not struggling with my items and I still want to look. I almost left because 3 workers kept annoying me. It’s like they work on commission. I am not sure what is worse, car shopping or coming here.

Popped in after lunch at the tea room 3 doors down. Am not a fan of Brighton or Pandora and that is their bread and butter, was looking for a patio dress that did not have to be cut off. Found one under $ 30, it won’t leave my patio, but trendy, hoping it is comfy. They had a plethora of sales/clearance items with a caveat, no returns, no refunds. Staff were nice, store was organized and clean.

This place was alright. They had a good selection of items at the store. It was clean, and seemed organized. I think my only complaint is the staff, the younger ladies were really sweet and helpful but the other ladies at the check out were not very nice at all. I felt like I was an escaped convict in workout clothes and no make up your in how they acted. Geesh it’s copperfield not river oaks…

I went in today to purchase a bday gift for my best friend. She LOVES Tyler candles. I was referred to the store by a coworker. I looked around in the store and found what I wanted, purchased it and got out. Before I made it to my SUV, I noticed the clearance rack outside with really nice dresses, for much cheaper than what was inside the store, So I looked and amazingly found something I really wanted. With the dress in my hand, I open the door and one of the ladies that worked there was shocked to see me come back in with it, She had been watching me to see if I were going to walk off with it without paying. I know this because she gradually made her way around the cashiers station towards the front door. Needless to say, I bought the dress. By the look on her face I think she was more embarrassed than I was so I didn’t make a scene. Not really offended, but I’m sure I can drive a bit further into Spring and shop at Fancy Pants to get my candles and better customer service.

I stopped in here on my way home to look for a top to wear to a job interview. The sales lady was friendly and helpful but personally most of their clothes looked old lady-ish, and honestly the price tag was out of my reach. $ 50 – 60 for a top. No problem if you can afford it, but if you’re like me, on a budget, still in school… You may feel as awkward as I did walking out empty handed. I’m sticking to Marshalls… for now, until I finish school. ;) they did have nice looking shoes… with a $ 100 price tag though.

I love this store! They have a HUGE selection of Brighton and Vera Bradley and the clothes are adorable! A great place to splurge on something for yourself and a terrific place to find gifts.
