Sally is Awesome! As soon as I walked in, she greeted me with a smile! She helped me pick out my glasses and made the process fun! Will definitely be recommending Sally to anyone that needs glasses!

i went to dr nasser years ago, and then i moved to the other side of houston, i have tried several other doctors and no one gets my vision in contacts as well as he does because i have a very strong perscription i need it right and he does every time. so needless to say i am back to dr. nasser no matter how far the drive is… everyone is helpful and so nice to work with. give them a try you wont be sorry!

I’ve been coming here for years and love Dr. de La Garza. The examination procedure is handled really well here and I’ve always been in and out with this portion of process. The fun ends there. This happens every year and today I realized — why do I endure this every year? This is what you can expect after your exam… 1. The eye glass selection is high end and if you’re looking for spare pair you’ll want to probably shop elsewhere because the prices are ridiculous. 2. Getting any assistance at the front desk is and has always been a joke. You can stand there if you go in person and end up waiting forever because someone is always untrained, working alone or slow. If you chose to call you can expect to be highly irritated by unanswered phones or someone picking up and asking you to call again later, or get sent to voicemail. Ordering contacts here makes it a complicated and highly annoying task. 3. After you’ve gone through the highly annoying process of ordering contacts you can pretty much forget anyone calling you that they’ve arrived. That customer service — no one ain’t got time for that here. What you’ll have to do is call 500 times and hope to find someone and then drive up to the store and be told that no one can get them for you because they have to be handed over by someone licensed to give you them and no one is available… what!!!

Although I have frequent this location for two years and quite enjoyed their services, I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone! While out of state my lenses tore and I did not have another pair. They would not work with me so that I may receive an emergency pair!

OMG why haven’t I thought to write a review for these guys yet! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Nassar & his team forevvvverrrrrr!!! I’m always seen at the time of my scheduled appointment and never feel rushed through an exam. Even during their busy Saturday hours, there is plenty of seating and staff remains friendly. There is a small play area to keep the little ones busy while you wait. The ladies room is always kept clean along with the entire office space. Once Dr. Nassar detected something funky going on with my eyes, he quickly referred me to a fantastic specialist just to be on the safe side. He’s always been very throurough in explaining my vision needs… even when I didn’t want to hear I couldn’t wear those colored contacts anymore. On my most recent visit I saw Dr. Caroline Freeman & she’s a total sweetie. She made me very comfortatble in asking questions. Front office staff has always done a good job of working with my insurance provider and I’ve yet(knock on wood) to have billing issues. I think this is the ONLY Dr.‘s office I can say that about! :-) They also do a very good job of giving you cost and delivery details BEFORE you complete the purchase. No suprise charges! I’m the lady who comes in & has to try on 20+ pairs of specs, ask staff members their opinions & changes her mind 100 times before making a decision, which I’m sure is so annoying. But the staff has never given me an attitude & give great suggestions. Like a pair of high end frames I was dying over but wouldn’t be best based on my Rx frame needs. Most spots wouldn’t give a crap & just go for the $$$. This is such a great office & hope they keep it up! I highly reccomend this group to anyone, especially if you’re one with advanced eye care needs.

I walked in and no one greeted me or came over to help me look at glasses. Finally, someone came to see me after 10 minutes but she hung back and had an attitide. 2 ladies sat around talking while 1 lady was helping another customer and they asked me to talk to the one on the phone to get help. The doctor’s office were empty when I passed by to go to the restroom. Anyone could go in and take something.(Understaffed) The lady whom I dealt with knew nothing about the deal on Unilocal and said she would have to talk to the manager to see if I could use it, and that it wasn’t applicable to this location(she was wrong).

Tried to do a walk in like I have done the last few times I’ve gone here. The girl up front told me they don’t do walk ins and need an appointment. There is a huge light up sign on the front of the building that says walk ins welcome and this app also says no appointment needed. What’s up with that? Will be going elsewhere because the girl was kinda rude about it.

Most incompetent place that I have been to got get an eye exam in the last 5 years that I have been wearing contacts. They will not even bother to wipe the surfaces of where you come in contact with, oh and they will try to charge you down to the last dime of what they do. Meaning if you have insurance and come in for a yearly check up and prescription renewal you can expect to pay up to $ 100.00 out of pocket. And yes that’s even if you keep wearing the same contacts you have been wearing for the last 5 years. Then good luck trying to order contacts through them, if incompetence was in the Olympics these people would win top 5 places.

Great employees and the Dr is very nice, but the down side is I have been back 4 times since November 2014 when I first went to get my eyes checked, and they still cannot get one contact prescription ordered correctly, my prescription changed and they decided to change the brand I use thats almost double what I use to pay. But my glasses are perfectly fine! I am very unhappy about the contacts portion and have even been looking at sending the money to get LASIK now. If you are looking at just getting glasses it is a great place.

Great service and conversation with Dr. Josh Lange. He didn’t feel rushed like doctors often are. Took time to explain things. Very helpful and informative. The other staff was ok, but he was most impressive of those with whom I interacted. I reported that I found them on Unilocal and wonder if that resulted in better service… since I might leave a review. That’s always a possibility. Would like to hear from some ppl that go and don’t report finding them on Unilocal or a similar app.

The staff and Dr Layne all made our annual trip to the eye doctor a pleasant and efficient experience. My son is 13 and we made a joint appointment. I don’t know that it took any less time, but we got to stay together and laugh and joke during our exams.

Vision Source Willowbrook is our eye doctor facility of choice. My now husband introduced me to Dr. Nasser many years ago and I have loved having him as my eye doctor. My two kids now have the pleasure of seeing Dr. Nasser and they too love him. My family is very satisfied with the service we receive. Dr. Nasser is excellent with kids! He is personable, caring and very passionate in the work he does. I highly recommend Dr. Nasser and his team!!!

I highly recommend Vision Source. My family and I see Dr. De La Garza and she is amazing ! She does a thorough exam, makes you feel at ease, and explains any concerns or questions you may have. The staff and people at the front desk are very nice and friendly. We have been coming here for about four years now and all our visits are well worth it. I trust them with health care and wouldn’t go anywhere else !

I went to Vision Works for the first time and they are GREAT. I loved loved loved Dr. De La Garza. She was kind and informative. She took the time out to be sure I understand everything that was going on. All the staff was SUPER friendly. They take insurance which is a Huge Plus! I recommend them to everybody with glasses, contacts or like me — After Lasik and just need a check up on the health of my eyes!

I have been using Vision Source Willowbrook for many years now and LOVE them! I currently use Dr. De La Garza, but have also seen Dr. Nasser many times in the past. They are both very nice people and explain all details of my visit to me. I am very comfortable using them and I plan to continue using them for many years to come. The staff is very friendly and not only helped fit my glasses properly but explains my insurance in detail. This is always the confusing part for me! I alway recommend them when I have friends and will continue to do so! I love that Dr. Nasser gives back by caring for those around the world who can not afford it. The world needs more people like him!

Worst experience ever with an eye exam… the place is big and neat but completely disorganized. I had an appointment, showed up on time, and ended up waiting almost two hours to be seen. The Dr. Nasser was polite and nice, but seemed to rush through my exam just so he can catch up on all his appointments. I ordered my contacts and paid for them in full… A month and a week later, I never get a phone call or email telling they are ready in the office. When I call and inquire they tell me my contacts have been in the office for weeks… When I show up to pick them up, I end up waiting another 45 minutes for them to «locate» them… When I actually start to wear my new contacts, I give them a few weeks for my eyes to adjust as it is a new strength. After weeks, I still cannot see out of my right eye. When I call to ask for a follow up appointment, which was never offered to me in the first place, they tell me its been too long and that they have to talk to the doctor… a week and a half later they finally call me back only to tell me I have to pay for an office visit and it may cost me between $ 32-$ 160! What?! So because of their incompetency and lack of responsiveness I either have to pay more money for them to fix their prescription or be stuck with crappy site for a year, until my insurance will even cover a portion of it… Awful experience! Never coming back again and never recommending to anyone I know.
