After they told me to wait 30 m for my prescription I wait more than a hour for a single prescription … Sad because it was many people working on there

I’ve been going to this Walgreens ever since it opened a few years ago. I used to pick up prescriptions for my mom before she sadly passed away :(. I would have rated this place 3 stars if I had reviewed it 3 months ago. The pharmacy was very reliable most of the time, though they did have their bad days. Recently the service at the pharmacy has been horrible. I think they have a completely new staff. The hired some ghetto women that are rude and are incapble of speaking proper English. They seldomly can have my prescriptions ready on the same day unless I call super early. One day I dropped off my prescription there and called a few hours later and it wasn’t ready. I needed my meds on the same day so I went to a different Walgreens to if they can transfer it. When the other Walgreens looked in the system, they couldn’t find it. They called this Walgreens and they said that I never dropped off anything. Finally after waiting forever, they called back and said that they had scanned the prescription but not put it in the system yet. The other Walgreens was able to get me my meds right away. They really need to do something about this store. Until they do, I’ll be going to the Walgreens on I45 @ Cypresswood.
