I’ve worked in retail pharmacy. I was really disappointed with the service at Walgreens. I went on a Saturday evening, there was only one pharmacist working the drive thru and pick up window. He spent 20 minutes with a customer(totally understandable, he was giving her a consultation) My grief is that there wasn’t enough people to help the rest of the customers waiting. In that line there was myself, and 3 others. A few stood for 5 – 10 minutes then left. I’d like to give this Walgreens another shot, but if this happens again, I’ll definitely be taking my family elsewhere. I definitely did NOT feel like I was on the corner of happy and healthy at this Smith street location.

The photo staff are excellent! They go out of their way to make sure everything is top quality. This is the only place I will go to for photo service. Thank you for all that you do!

In and out passport photo in less than 10 min. Only complaint they’re not very observant when customers are waiting. Even after you press the service button.

This Walgreens location used to have a sweet woman working cosmetic counter in 2009. She knew every sell, was kind, provided a human touch by being customer centric. In recent years I’ve witnessed a high turn over of employees at this location. They are completely unaware of sales in their own flyer. Worst part is, in past three visits I encountered this illegal scheme of hook & sink advertisement. That is where they label an item«Buy One Get One Free» then take to counter and they charge you for both. If you aware, and call them on it, they wiggle out of their claim by saying«Sorry, that was mis labeled.» I tell them go look at how they have it priced on the counter, and they give you guilt trip about the people waiting behind you. I damn near left my $ 50 purchase on the counter and walked out. I left behind the items they false sell. I’m not shopping here again until I here of a change in management, and five star commendations of specific employees.

The Four stars for their pharmacy and photo department. They are great, but the staff is(as others have said) either great or just unaware. Oh well… I like to do most of my purchases online and just pick them up at Walgreen’s to keep my face from contorting into WTH??! faces. Glad it’s close by.

I shop here a lot. Like, a lot. Like probably over five times a week. I feel as if I should probably be ashamed of that, for some reason. Anyway, like with most places, the staff are hit or miss. There are some real attitudes and there are some nice folks. My real issue is with the bums that take up residence in the parking lot and try to hit you up for cash when you enter. There’s one lady in a wheelchair that has some disfiguration and possible retardation and gets dropped off by a dude every morning so that she can panhandle. At the end of the day, he picks her up. Yesterday, there was a man covered — I mean, saturated in — urine. Bum pee smelling up the whole store. Let’s debum Midtown, y’all. I’m paying way too much money to live here to be smelling bum pee the whole time I’m shopping for Chex Mix and cold cream.

Always helpful staff. The pharmacy is hit and miss. I would rather use teh one in Montrose because of the hours. This is a better location adn prices than CVS in midtown.

The pharmacy folks are pretty good and helpful. The photography services are awful. over half the people working at this walgreens are truly useless, rude, lazy. the other half are just fine.
