The PHARMACY used to be good years ago but is now AWFUL. Absolutely dreadful customer service. They all need to be retrained or maybe just trained for the first time. I could write a page full but trust me if you want to avoid major aggravation, frustration and downright rudeness and incompetence then stay away. I drive out of my way now to another walgreens.
THE REST OF STORE IS VERY GOOD. Always friendly and helpful clerks and good manager.

The pharmacy is awful — the rest of the store is great.
Expect 2 hours minimum to get a prescription filled. Waiting in line in the drive-​thru regularly takes 30 minutes. The pharmacists seem to be OK, but the assistants are hit or miss. Several times I’ve just gotten fed up with the wait & just drove to Kroger next door.
I’ve started using the Long Point Walgreens or Kroger next door — much better & faster over there.

I love Walgreens — the pharmacists are friendly and helpful. It is easy to get in and out. The only minus is that they don’t open till 7 a.m.

This review is for the Pharmacy.
I must say that it is rare to find a pharmacy that does not have a long wait time for getting a prescription filled, and finally I have found that place!
Every time I come here it has consistently been super fast (wait time has been around 5 minutes) and not only are they quick but they are friendly as well. If only other pharmacies were as great as this one!
