This pharmacy staff are always pleasant and professional. I am waiting for a prescription and watching them work. They are very busy but they never lose their cool or professionalism.

The joys of having acid reflux! My doctor sent a prescription here (nearest to my home), so was looking forward to picking up my prescription. But the treatment I received was enough to give me acid reflux without even eating anything!
My fault that my insurance for some reason doesn’t cover the cheapest acid reducer available (???), but the women behind the counter who helped me just recommended a cheaper substitute of the shelf. So I’m ready to leave and tell my partner they couldn’t fill the prescription. He tells me to ask for a 30 day supply.
So back at the counter I ask for a 30 day supply. Another worker asks about the prescription in question and the woman who helped me before tells me «DRUG NOT COVERED» rudely.
I left the store without buying an over the counter acid reducer and felt happy to have acid reflux instead of dealing with an insensitive person.
I understand it’s busy, I deal with customers face to face but you have to be more friendly. It’s one thing going to your doctor and him or her telling you have a medical condition that needs meds to control. Going into the healthcare industry, you’re expected to treat people with respect. I’ll just have to put up with my acid until I order some from another source online (probably at a lower cost).
Two stars because most of the other workers are great and never give my partner much hassles.

Terrible service and I was lied to by the staff on a couple of occassions, you cant trust in people who lied. Do bussiness here at your own risk!

Is it weird to write a review on Walgreens?! I don’t care, I love this place!!! It’s walking distance from my apartment and my go to store in the morning when I’m needing a quick Red Bull before work or in the afternoon when I want to run in and out without having to deal with big stores and lines. I go there at least once a week and there has never been I time I’ve not been greeted when I walk in the door. This store is well maintained, clean, and quick! Great staff. Pharmacy is great and quick. And there are 2 RedBox kiosks just outside. It’s part of a bigger shopping center so I always feel safe. Glad it’s so close to me!

This Walgreens used to be the BEST, but recently every time I come here it’s horrible. The staff is different every time I come here, and previously it was always consistent and I would always see a familiar face and now I never see the same people. My doctor calls a prescription in and I come in AN HOUR later and they tell me that they don’t have anything for me. This pharmacy has gone down hill and it’s sad. I will be taking my prescriptions somewhere else from now on, and if you don’t like to wait an hour every single time you go to pick up a prescription I recommend going somewhere else.

I’ve been picking up my grandma’s prescriptions here for years. They treat her when she comes in with me like gold. Something about good old customer service always makes me smile. I’ll be moving to the area soon and will make them my primary pharmacy.

This isn’t our normal pharmacy. I had to come to this part of town and had time to kill. After filling my daughter’s prescription, they couldn’t find the insurance at the first attempt.
But one of the pharmacy technicians patiently waited while I was on the phone with our human resources department, health insurance, and finally with our pharmacy insurance company. After all those phone calls, I was able to get her prescription filled and with our proper insurance copay.
Thank you for being so helpful and patient! Like I said, this pharmacy staff rocks!

This is my local Walgreens… The store itself is very clean and always well-​organized. The photo department and the pharmacy would get THREE stars if they were to be seperate ratings — they are never adequately staffed, but they do well with the people they have. The cosmetics department ALWAYS has someone willing to help and you can check out there if you want to do so. The cashiers are super friendly for the most part. There are two Redbox machines outside so that’s nice. I only wish this was a 24-​hour store or at least that it was open from 7 a — midnight — that would be much more convenient for me than the 8 a — 10 p schedule they have now.
