I initially left this Walgreens because there were multiple occasions where I would come in with prescriptions only to be told that they couldn’t be filled that day due to only one person working the pharmacy. I also had an insurance plan through CVS and thought it was mandatory that I utilize the CVS brand and figured it would be good to go ahead and try changing. Needless to say, after dealing with the other major pharmacy, i’m back. Walgreens still needs to staff this location appropriately but at least I don’t have to worry about getting the wrong medications.

Clean location… Second in line as we wait for this man to buy a lot of cigarettes why didnt Walgreens take the same stand as CVS and band cigarettes?!?

Pharmacy is mismanaged and run by nincompoops. Took three trips to fill prescription. Went here because it was open early, but should have just gone to Costco pharmacy and waited for it to open.

Take your prescriptions elsewhere. The pharmacist here(Name: Uju A.) seriously couldn’t be bothered by customers. She is very rude and arrogant. Won’t even let you finish your sentence before she interrupts. Prescriptions are always late or they«didn’t receive it» — even though my doctor sent it multiple times. With many pharmacy options nearby, I will no longer be a Walgreens customer.

randomly stopped here last night on my way home from shopping in rice village and was highly satisfied with the prices of the Christmas clearance section. however, the man at the register Domingo acted like he could not talk. The reason I say acted is because he was so serious, but as soon as another employee walked in i think her name was Tamia(she had pretty green/teal hair) he had a lot to say and converse about. they talked the entire time i was in the check out line, which really did not bother me. however, as me and my friends left, I told the cashier Domingo«goodnight and thank you!» again he went mute. has nothing to say to customers, has a lot to talk about to associates. –_–

Majority of pharmacy technicians are useless! A few days ago I got a prescription sent over from my doctor for an ointment, and pills for shingles. If anyone of you have ever had them, you know how uncomfortable they are, and how crucial it’s is to start the medication right away. After waiting awhile I decided to look up the status of my order, and it said my pills were ready, but the ointment was out of stock. I then phoned them asking if I could transfer to a different Walgreens they said yes. The lady didn’t offer any help, so I had to ask if she could could check what location had it, it’s not like I would have any idea of what their stock is. She put my on hold for about 10 min. It then started to ring back, and a guy answered, so I had to explain the whole issue all over again. He then told me I could pick up the ointment at a different location, but had to pick up the pills at that location because it had already been filled. The last thing I wanted to do was drive around town, in rush hour, with shingles all over my back. This was not the first time I have had problems with out of stock items at this location, and not too mention how RUDE some of the techs are. Not my probably if you hate your job, choose I different job if you hate it as much as it appears you do.

Don’t bother making an appointment for their clinic. I waited an hour even though I had an appointment. Waste of my lunch hour, plus some. If I had known their appointments didn’t mean anything, I would have scheduled for after work.

Such a nice and well kept Walgreens. The cosmetic section always looks flawless and organized, it is SO nice to shop in. Also the team of girls that work there are super sweet and helpful. Definitely the Walgreens to go to.

I must say that I am SUPER glad I live just a few feet away from this particular Walgreens; this has to be, by far, my most favorite one yet. I must point out the most vibrant, friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic cashier named Curtis. He is always so bright, bubbly and cheery; he really has a fantastic personality and always seems to put a smile on my face. He is always EXTREMELY pleasant and ALWAYS greets you with a smile and always calls out when you walk in, «Welcome to Walgreens!» I just love that kind of attitude in customer service. I went in this evening, after a horrendous day at work and still in a foul mood, when I saw him, I was relieved. When I checked out, I let him know he had just brought me out of my funk because he is always so positive and pleasant. I will definitely be stopping often here instead of going out of my way for a bag of chips or kleenex or asprin and look forward to seeing that bright smiling face every time!

I have been living around the area for a few years now and this my go to place when I don’t feel like driving anywhere. It’s clean, friendly staff, always ready to help you save with extra coupons(which I love) especially cosmetics. I enjoy the walgreens savings card, it’s automatic, and knocks down a few bucks off.

Cheerful staff! Excellent location! Easy pop in and out for whatever. Even the pharmacy folks are nice, which is helpful when you feel yucky. Hearting this Walgreens!
